Best coxysis cushion I've ever bought. It stays firm enough, but at the same time to give me comfort and relief to my coxysis, where I have 2 trapped nerves due to scoliosis.

This is a really good cushion - the large is big enough for a standard kitchen chair. The only comment I would make is that the zip toggle, so as to remove the cover, is exposed so does scratch wooden seats. I have made a minor modification to cover this but would suggest to the makers to do so. Otherwise it’s very comfortable cushion alleviating coccyx pain.

I have S1 nerve root irritation and knew that I would have to travel on planes and coaches for 12 hours. Without this cushion I would have been in significant pain, but I really think that this made a huge difference. Even though it's not the easiest to travel with, if you struggle with sciatica or L5/S1 radiculopathy I would thoroughly recommend.

I struggle sitting at my desk at work, as well as at my desk at home, when sitting for extended periods of time with pain in my hip joints and lower back. As I have had really bad back issues for over 43 years, I thought the time had come for me to sit in comfort, if that was possible. I tried every cushion, and combinations of cushions that I could think of but came up blank, so just put up with the pain and discomfort, until I was scrolling through Amazon just for interest sake. I saw this cushion and thought "what the heck - let me try this as a last resort". Oh wow!!! I unpacked it at work when it was delivered, and after only a few minutes, I finally found comfort. After a while, I could get up from my chair and walk without limping and without the accompanying pain. I was so pleased that I have now bought a second one to have at home, in light grey to match my desk chair. I am really happy with this cushion - it does everything it says - the memory foam is firm and bounces back quickly, but it is soft enough so you don't feel that you are sitting on a cushion. I like the design as this eases the pressure on my hips, lower spine and coccyx. I am really pleased with this item.

Unfortunately, the cushion has broken, as in it has split right through the middle, so whilst it is still usable, I'm very disappointed as I've only had the opportunity to use it for one flight. It worked really well for the flight and no dead legs and swelling hugely reduced (along with compression socks). I'm hoping for the offer of a replacement from the seller please??

Very comfortable seat cushion with comfort and cutouts for people with tailbone coccyx pain. I am using it on my office chair and it is very much more comfortable for me already after only 3 hours of using it. Excellent value for money!

I have been using this cushion for three weeks, I find it very supportive and way more comfortable than the original chair cushion. My only issue is that it does have a tendancy to slip off the seat, no big deal.

Me ha gustado porque en verdad absorbe el peso, tiene buena densidad y ayuda...pero honestamente le falta anchura. Tal vez para alguien bajo quede bien pero no para una persona de tamaño promedio con un poco sobrepeso. Diría que para ser perfecto, habría qué agregarle al menos 10 cm y así las asentaderas no quedarán volando al aire. Pero si eres flaco-normal y no muy alto (menos de 170 cm), sin duda es algo que debes tener, los demás que he probado eran una porquería y los que son supuetamente mejores cuestan miles. Éste artículo tiene el balance exacto de calidad precio.

I originally got this for my desk chair at home, which is a Secret Lab Throne, but it's just a bit too wide and won't fit. Rather than have it deform and be awkward to sit on, I decided to bring it to my work and use it on the office desk chair there, and it is adding much needed comfort and relief. Overall the quality seems very good (so far), and I will be interested to see how long it lasts, but for the price it's a no-brainer to at least try it out and see if it works rather than replacing or upgrading the chair itself.

I was researching for days and seeing reviews about a good cushion for me since I have a series of problems in the lower part of my spine, and for this reason, by sitting for a long time, the pain increases in such a way that it is impossible almost stand up from my chair. So, this cushion in my opinion is an excellent alternative for all those who have any problems with their tail bone or lower back. Not only is this cushion very comfortable, but it provides spectacular support, relieving the pain you have by 85%, that is, if you sit for a long time like in my case, this product is very good for what I just mentioned. Also, rest assured that if something is wrong either when you receive it or if when using it you find that you don't like it, return it because I am sure that with this seller you will not have the slightest inconvenience of changing it or returning your money. So, as I mentioned, in my case it is giving me an excellent result, apart from the fact that I have noticed that the support is very good and does not tend to deform. Its construction and materials are of good quality, but most of all it is the support for your back which makes it something that anyone with pain in their spine should have.... Even more if they sit for a long time, that is, without any mobility.
