Walker's Shortbread Gluten Free Rounds, Pure Butter Shortbread Cookies, 4.9 Oz Box

Guess can’t do new review for 2nd purchase of same item. These like first package I got get a 5 because they are yummy. If I rated condition they came in they’d all get a zero. This time got two packages. Packages look fine. They came with another small item but like first package the cookies in both of these were broken into pieces. 9 cookies in each and so out of 27 ONLY ONE was totally intact. Is someone just stomping them or what, because of no cushioning? I don’t even need to take another picture. First package came with 4lb bag of dog food and no cushion or separation, so thought that’s why crumbled and these 2 were just bouncing around in box no cushion. For the price I don’t think they should be coming in pieces. Still yummy but a mess trying to eat pieces and crumbs.

I was going to use the cookies for a ladies tea party. A couple of the ladies cannot have gluten. Unfortunately, EVERY cookie was broken and I could not serve them at my tea party. They are very tasty but disappointing that they all came broken. Walker's needs to rethink the packaging and shipping of these cookies.

These were ok if your Gluten free and really are craving some shortbread. They came broken and lacked a bit of the original flavor though so that’s why I only gave them for stars. They’re biscuits so I didn’t expect they’d travel that well, so wasn’t too upset since I bought them for myself. I probably would buy again.

I have celiac. So I am always looking for great tasting GF foods, especially sweets and I do like buttered shortbread cookies. Great tasting GF food is still not the easiest things to find. Product arrived in an Amazon bag. I opened the package immediately upon arrival. Box looked like it had been used as a soccer ball. One end looked like it was stepped on and crushed, other end was all bowed outward. Only 3 rounds were unbroken!!! 3!! I then started eating some of the larger fragments. They tasted great!! I could not taste any difference compared to regular shortbread products. Awsome taste!! Texture was identical to non-GF. If the product did not taste so good, I would have given a 1 star rating. If I had received more than 3 intact cookies, I would have given 5 stars easily. I will buy more though I think I'll try local Whole Foods™ store to see if they have the GF version. Kudos for a great product. Unfortunately, packaging was not up to the task. Product was delivered by an unmarked van so who knows what "gypsy" service was used.

Was absolutely distraught when I became gluten free about missing out on shortbread as it's one of my all time favorite cookies and these babies absolutely do not disappoint. A little dry, but otherwise so incredibly buttery and delicious. They remind me of the cookies that somehow appear in my new sewing kit tins. Iykyn

As always the quality is great and doesn't let us down at all on flavor we have come to expect from this company. Being a gluten free cookie with such flavor is a plus worth shouting. My only objection is that I feel most gluten free products really don't cost more to make because I make my own gluten free cookies but feel the uniqueness of them allows manufacturers to up the price with less product in package. Cheerios' doesn't so why does everyone else. Must be the separate manufacturing place to keep away from other grains and such but even that should be worked out by now in more economically way for customers to better afford.

Cookies were very sugary and were broken up. I think one was not broken of the whole bunch. I wouldn't purchase them again

Best GF shortbread in taste and texture. But you don’t get many in a packet.

I recognize these cookies are a challenge to bake ensuring texture and flavour. I definitely will order again.

Ottimo prodotto. Già conosciuto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo anche in considerazione della cifra pagata in gran Bretagna e dalla non facile reperibilità in UK ( solo nei negozi per turisti)

Did not realize they were gluten free. Would definitely not order again. No flavor
