Kuyal Clear Chair Mat, Hard Floor Use, 90x120cm Transparent Office Home Floor protector mat Chair mats

Bought as a gift for father, he was using an old towel (???) been under the chair now for 3 weeks - its still slightly folded on the edges but defo keeping the floor from getting more scratches.

Bought as part of my home office. With having a thick carpet, not easy to use a chair that's on wheels. This product helps ensure I can move my chair around easily with an easy glide. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommended

Only fours stars for this; it does protect the carpet as per its intended purpose but does have a tendency to move around a bit. I don't want to use something like Velcro as I fear this would damage the carpet that I'm trying to protect!

I've had this mat a few years now and its still doing a good job protecting my floor. It seems hard wearing and isn't curling up at the corners.

The only reason I purchased this mat was because the castors on my new chair were farther apart than my old chair causing some of them to run on my hardwood floor. Instead of a width of 75cm, this mat is 90cm which solved the issue. Unfortunately it is much thinner than my old mat and quite soft whereas my old polycarbonate mat was actually rigid. It also doesn't lie completely flat and tends to move slightly after each session at my workstation. It is not suitable for a carpeted floor. Would I buy it again? Probably not, as I don't think it will protect my flooring as well as my previous mat did.

Seems to do what it says, easy to flatten (leave overnight with some weights), throw on floor and use...

I'm very disappointed in this for the price I paid its poor - it doesn't stay still and slides all over. It was difficult to get flat and it doesn't stay flat. Really its pretty useless.

I'm very pleased. This came on a cold day. I let it warm to room temp as the directions suggested. Then I carefully unrolled and slid it under a large area rug to lay flat. Bonus - the area rug catching some sun. In a few hours, it was perfectly flat and ready for use. I believe allowing it to flatten where it is warm is key. I'm very pleased with the look and sheerness. It is relatively thin but seems durable. At this point the quality and functionality appear satisfactory. It does not slip when I roll - per instructions, the smooth side goes down. It is very easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth on both sides. The size is good for my home office setup. There is not a lot of room for my chair to roll before it would roll off the mat - about 5 inches on either side, but a generous amount going backwards. Not an issue for me - but do measure your chair roller base in case that would be an issue for you. After reading some of the negative reviews, it seems there is a lack of understanding on a few key points: 1. This is for a hardwood floor, not carpet. 2. Smooth side down, not the textured side. 3. Read the measurements given before you order - they were perfect, including the lip. 4. Let it flatten completely (preferably in a warmer place or time) before putting in to use. Recommended for those who can read product descriptions and follow instructions!
