Loved what an easy read this small book was. About 40% quotes and 60% author content. Well written and provides an array of mindfulness exercises and content that you can implement into your day to day life without being too demanding or intrusive on pre-existing practices!Also, bonus pints for being a hard cover and being an aesthetic addition to any space.Overall 10/10
