Excellent product that restores the suppleness and color to rubber boots, or rubber portions of boots. Very easy to apply. Leaves rubber looking dark and glossy like new, restoring waterproof qualities and preventing drying and cracking. Remember to clean and dry first, and reapply as needed (at least annually) to keep your rubber boots in top shape. This product even works on the rubber portions of leather boots (like most snow boots).

Great product! Easy to use and the results are great and fast!

This is a great product for protecting your rubber boots or overboots. It keeps the rubber supple and from drying out. It is slippery, so do not use it on the soles. Natural rubber has oils, called Rubber Process Oils, added to it to keep it from cracking, and enhance flexibility and durability. These are sort of squeezed out from the flexing and bending in use, or exposure to sun, or rain. This helps prevent some of the loss and replaces some of it. A cheap way to make sure your expensive rubber boots last a lot longer.

I made the mistake of washing a pair of my hunter boots with bleach in the water and it caused them to peel quite a bit. After using a fine grit sandpaper on the parts that were peeling and of course giving them a good clean I used this product, and they legitimately look brand new! I can’t recommend it enough!!

So this seems it would work good for general conditioning but it doesn't do anything to repair cracks in the coating of my Hunter boots, which it seems that it is supposed to based on the title and item description. I would say it would probably work better as a preventative treatment or to bring more of a shine back to boots before they are actually damaged. Unfortunately it didn't help with the look of the damaged coating of my boots like I was hoping though.

I have only used this item a couple of times so far, it makes my boots look great, too soon to say if it helps with protection

Seems good so far. Wife’s hunter boots cracked. Hoping this stops this.
