Not sure. I have scotch-taped a rear light to the back tip of the rack.

I got what is in the picture. The "fender" has 3/4 inch gaps on each side and is about 2 & 1/2 inches wide.

Does it come with hardware to fit different size seatposts? More specifically, has anyone tried this on a 30.9mm seatpost? Thanks.

There was no additional hardware. However, the mechanism is a simple clamp. If the provided screws are not long enough for the larger post, I believe it could be modified with some longer screws. However, it probably will not work if you have a tear drop shaped seat post.
