Use them every time I make pizza dough. Essential for home pizza making.

After trying a round metal paddle to place the pizza in and somehow not managing to place pizzas in the oven without creating a mess, I decided to try wood paddles. No problems now. Having 2 paddles allow me to prepare the second pizza whilst husband is putting the first one in.Remember to sprinkle semolina flour on the paddles, before the dough is put on.Can easily recommend them.

Good pizza peels, scar a little when pizza cutter used so won't last forever but at the price cant best them

Were great for a couple of pizza sessions, but the ply is weak and they both came apart after a few hand washes.

These are a perfect size for our Ooni Karu 12 and allow us to prep multiple pizzas ahead of time.Being wood the dough doesn't stick to them as much as it does the metal peel we have for taking the pizza's out - so it is far better to use these to put the toppings on the pizza and have them sitting while the oven heats up.Handle is nice and short so there is good control in sliding the pizza's into the oven

Ok peels, they slide better if you give them an initial rub down with wire wool or fine sandpaper to make them extra slippy, otherwise do the job fine...

Tralasciando il fatto che è arrivata in ritardo e avendo amaZon prime non me l’aspettavo... l’attesa è valsa la pena. È perfetta. Si infarina leggermente per permettere di far scorrere la pizza ma talmente poco che non rimane sulla refrattaria che ho nel forno. Ha senso utilizzarla solo se associata alla pietra refrattaria. Le pizze vengono molto grandi e le ho fatte anche quadrate in modo da poterle dividere. Le ho pulite con uno straccio umido con una spruzzata di candeggina per disinfettare e poi lasciate asciugare all’aria. Se si dovesse sporcare con pomodoro basta pulirla subito con un panno umido . Più utile per infornare che per sfornare. Ma mi ha facilitato molto le cose con la mia pizza! Sono veramente contenta. Prima usavo un tagliere e non riuscivo a tenere la forma tonda della pizza, si incollava ovunque.
