My dog is a hardcore chewer, she devours raw hide bones within a two hour time span. How long will these chews last?

My dog is a little pocket pit and she can chew through one of these in about 30 minutes. You have to be a bit careful when they get to the end because they can choke on it when it gets too small. But when it gets to that point, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it will swell up and stretch out. The consistency changes from hard, to kind of like the consistency of popcorn. I wouldn't let it get to the point of popping in the microwave, but it makes it so they don't choke in the last bit.

I have been ordering these for about 4 yrs now and NEVER have found any with mold. While initially expensive, these treats are worth every penny. I buy the 5# bag for the best value. Healthy. No smell. No residue on carpet or beards. When it gets small enough to worry about a choking hazard, I microwave them 30 seconds at a time until they’ve expanded and become like a big cheeto in consistency. They can then safely be eaten down to the last crumb. They each last my mini schnauzers weeks!

Are you an America company but produce out of China?

According to their website, they are an American company out of Virginia. The ingredients are from Nepal yaks, which makes sense since they are labelled Himalayan Yak chews.
