Good price. Easy to install. Connected to wifi and smart life no trouble at all. Works fine with Alexa. My biggest trouble was knowing what to name the sockets 🤦🏼‍♀️😹. Would defo get this model again!

Bought as an experiment and not sure if smart plugs are that useful in general.App works well although I haven’t connected to Alexa.Switchable USB is a nice featureButtons are a bit small and stay lit all the timeThe default is on, if you have a power cut when power is restored anything plugged in will be on. Probably true of all of these types of devices.Overall. Good value, if you really need it.

This product is so good; I bought 3 more for presents! My daughter bought a house and since she liked it, I thought mind as well.It looked nicely against my white tiles and it looked very smart.Another bonus is that; I can control the switch on my phone. So my Xmas lights I switched on just before I leave work.Service is also very good.

Firstly I hate, hate, hate these sockets with clip on front plates, they may look good but don't last. The back plate is sized so that it is smaller than the front plate and this is what secures it to the pattress, or rather should but being smaller the bearing on the pattress shoulders / walls is a fraction of a mm, and impossible to achieve a secure "SAFE" fix. Resultantly "I HAVE DEEMED IT UNSAFE FOR USE" and will not be using it. Sadly too late now I suspect for a refund. Never got as far as testing functionality as seems irrelevant if it is not mechanically safe. The depth of the socket is extreme and the wires come out the back further increasing its needed pattress depth. On a ring main (as opposed to a spur) with the extra wiring, it would be a nightmare.

I bought this to replace an existing double socket on a ring main with a standard 25mm metal box. Unfortunately this item is too deep to fit in a standard 25mm box and needs at least 35mm if not 40mm. This would have required a fair bit of work to fit so I ended up returning the socket. This looks like a useful product but it should be clearly stated in the product description that it does require a deep metal box

I have other plug in wireless sockets but decided to give this a go. Installed set up simply with "Smart Life" took 10 mins from taking it out of the box.Definitely recommend, good value for money.

Easy to connect and easy to set up to work with Google Home.Voice commands work to turn on and off outside lights and I can reset my Nest door bell anytime. Not that I need to.Very happy with the product. Solid construction.

I received the package punctually and then endeavoured to install the device (see note below). Once installed it took me awhile to figure out how to connect the sockets via the app. as the supplied instructions are somewhat ambiguous, to say the least (no electronic version available either as I prefer to keep electronic "User Manuals" on my laptop but no website details provided).Second day into my use of the sockets and two points have come to my attention. First, the socket/s did not switch on when I attempted to activate them remotely from the town centre. This could be down to my service provider as I am having problems with drop outs (I'll update at a later date). The second irritation is that the LED's light red when the sockets are powered on and green when powered off. That seems somewhat counter-intuitive. Surely red should be "stop" and green "go", as traffic lights are.Besides the above couple of points, thus far, everything has been working as it should, including the ability to be able to switch on/off the USB sockets.NOTE: Word of warning! The mounting screws that come with the plug socket ARE NOT standard size thread pitch, even though they look like they are. I spent a very frustrating 10-15 minutes attempting multiple times to "start" the screw, all the while thinking it was me that had cross-threaded the screws. It wasn't me. It's the bloody screws!
