Will airflow be restricted to the cpu/gpu fan due to the airtight seal.I am concerned about resistance on the laptop fans increasing due to the seal.

As long as there are sufficient grilles on the bottom of your laptop it will be fine, I have a ROG Strix Scar II 15’’ and it has knocked about 3-4 degrees off (already undervolted) on high speed setting using largest rubber seal. I was getting around 88-89 degrees and now ranges between 84-86 with this laptop cooler at full blast. Hope that helps!

Whats the rpm? And do u think it would be good for an asus strix g17?

Not sure on the rpm but it was great for my Hp Omen. Took it down by 10 -20 degrees.

Will this work with the fans locations on the macbook pro 16 inch 2019? honest answer please!

GT300 is suitable for the following two situations：14-17.3inch laptop Or the bottom size of your laptop exceeds the following size: length 30 * height 21cm The bottom of your laptop must have cooling holes or ventilation holes，I think if there are vents at the bottom of MACKbook, then it should be usable

Does the seal make it more difficult for the laptop to cool itself when the cooler is turned off?

I often use the laptop without the cooling pad switched on and don't even realise I've left the fans off, Wouldn't say I've ever noticed any difficulty cooling the laptop when I have done so, even while gaming.
