This was my first time purchasing this brand, usually purchased store brand or other brands from any one of our local franchise drugstores, but everyone was out of stock. All those brands that I did purchase were a much larger capsule which tends to be hard to swallow. I love this capsule, much smaller and easy to swallow. I have been taking this name vitamin for YEARS due to pain in a breast from a clip being inserted. Breast surgeon had recommended some other OTC vitamin for the pain which a dear friend who is a pharmacist told me what the surgeon recommended is for your heart and said this will not help the pain at all. She recommended Evening Primrose Oil and she is one smart Pharmacist, all these YEARS it has kept the pain at bay. I’ve had to stop taking these when I have had surgeries and the pain would come back, but as soon as I was given the okay to go back on them, pain gone. I give this a 10 out of 10 being it works and the size of the capsule.

Have been using this product for 20 years. I didn’t really go thru the negative menopausal typical symptoms like all of my friends. It helps my skin stay supple and soft. I take one every night. Great price and quality. There is no smell and easy to swallow capsules.

I am trying to take a few supplements to get on top of any hormone imbalances the future might hold. I was always advised to take primrose oil and this was the best quality, least expensive one I could find. I take it at night and, along with a few other supplements it seems to help me sleep so I wake up with more energy in the morning. It’s hard for me to know if it helps my skin as I lead a pretty healthy life overall, but I have heard it’s good for that. Also, while I don’t have joint pain myself, I have some dancer colleagues who swear by primrose oil for joint pain relief. I hate swallowing pills but these go down to easy.

I originally bought this to help with my girl down below. And when I tell you it adds much more moisture, I mean just that. I can take them at night and wake up to waterfalls. I’m pleasantly impressed. The only thing I’ll say in the negative side is that it says take 2 three times a day. But for me that did not work. I ended up with swollen hands and feet because of the high dosage. Taking 2 once a day is best for my body. Other than that I love them.
