The wrap and the metal ties seem to be of good quality. I managed to wrap the exhaust without too much drama and I’m happy with the result. As others have mentioned, you need to wear protective gloves and old clothes because you get loads of fibres all over you. I had to throw my clothes away afterwards

This stuff is amazing , easy to wrap and well packaged , comes with metal ties . But it will make your hands itch so wear gloves .

I used it for a V8 exhaust manifold and 1 wrap was enough for 1 side. Works really well, food quality stuff. I would use it again. Steel zip ties weren’t up to much, but generally I don’t think they are. You get 10 so more then enough. However I definitely would wear a disposable suit, and let it soak in water for a few HOURS before use.. as the fibre strands get EVERYWHERE. Had to dispose of the clothes I was wearing. But I wasn’t just wrapping it around one solid pipe, I was unravelling it & threading it around the manifold…bikers shouldn’t have this problem. Good product.

This really does work. It has reduced the amount of heat being emitted from the motorcycle exhaust! When you’ve wrapped it, then certain individuals, who have had experience with fibreglass wrap adds their two pence, you realise it could have made the job easier? Apparently I should have soaked in water as I was wrapping it? I am still happy with the result, ideally you need the specific pliers to pull the metal cable ties tight. I didn’t remove the exhausts while wrapping as wanted to save myself a lot of time, so wrapping is ok until you get to tight framework, just making sure the wrap isn’t twisting as you go. Make sure you have gloves, dust mask and old clothes, you are feeling the fibres for a good while if not, old clothes can be binned.

Wrap seems good enough, soak it before use and it's alot Esier, however the clips it comes with absolutely refuse to stay tight theyre just crap, lock wire seems alot better

Cinta térmica muy buena y a buen precio si lo que quieres es proteger tu vehículo o moto del calor. Yo la he utilizado en la downpipe de mi vehículo así como en la barra de torretas para no pasar el calor a la admisión y se siente de buena calidad y protege bien el calor. El único punto que no me gusta es que se deshila con mirarla, si no te das cuenta la pones y al poco tiempo los hilos se van soltando y pierdes unos cm de cinta

J'ai acheté ce ruban isolant thermique en titanium magma avec les attaches en acier inoxydable pour mon tuyau d'échappement de moto, et je suis très satisfait des résultats. Le ruban de 15 mètres est largement suffisant pour couvrir tout mon collecteur d'échappement, et sa largeur de 50 mm permet une application facile et uniforme. Il supporte très bien la chaleur et aide réellement à réduire la température du moteur, ce qui protège les composants environnants et améliore les performances de la moto. Les attaches en acier inoxydable incluses sont un excellent ajout, elles sont robustes et permettent de fixer solidement le ruban autour du tuyau, sans risque de relâchement avec le temps. L'installation est simple, bien que je recommande de porter des gants pendant la manipulation du ruban, car il peut irriter un peu la peau. Avantages : Résistance thermique élevée, idéale pour les échappements de moto. Facile à installer avec les attaches en acier inoxydable incluses. Durabilité du ruban en titanium qui résiste à l'usure et à la chaleur intense. Inconvénients : Manipulation un peu irritante lors de l'installation, mieux vaut utiliser des gants. En résumé, un ruban isolant thermique de qualité qui protège efficacement le système d’échappement et aide à gérer la chaleur du moteur
