The watch itself looks stylish and I really like the blue dial and brown leather strap, but Iโm disappointed with the condition in which it was delivered. The box arrived damaged, and more importantly, there were visible scratches on the watch face when I opened it. For a Fossil watch, I expected much better packaging and quality control. It was frustrating to receive something that already looked poorly handled before delivery. The design of the watch is great, but the damaged packaging and scratched face really affected the overall experience. The package itself looks that it was poorly handled and the received product verified that doubt. I expected a better quality check.
