Well, it successfully past the test for wearing all day without giving me a rash, indentation on my skin over 8 hours, and while yes I had a little bit of moisture build up in the area of wearing it, it was a little hotter in climate the day of so to be expected. I again can assure you all that are interested in this, it's well worth the money because it's not cheap, and will handle all Action Cameras in reason (wouldn't suggest a mirrorless camera or anything too heavy. I love the brand ULANZI because they focus on Action Cameras, and Cameras in general (that's their focus and strength). So far I've attached my DJI Action 5, GoPro Hero 10 Black and my Insta 360 Ace Pro 2 without any issue what-so-ever. The turn-knob that is used to attach the camera to the mounting plate would be hard to get enough force to hold such a heavy load. I use the claw mount for mostly Sony FDR-3000X actions cam and DJI Osmo Action cam and a Panasonic 4K Prosumer camcorder. **Q: Are you able to get the top piece (part that mounts to camera) separate? I have 2 cameras but only need one locking base** A: Yes you can buy just the top piece - the camera plate - but it is $18.95, so why not spend the extra $2.00 and get the whole package? I have 5 units and attach the bottom piece to my several tripods, unipods, Joby Gorilla Pods and the Ram mounts (which I use the majority of the time). **Q: Is this the gen I or gen ii?** A: This is the Gen I.
