Well made, no issues. Perfect fit over smaller electric burner/eye. A quart of oil is about four inches deep. Easily deep fries a chicken breast cut into strips. Easy clean - drain and place in dish washer. Nice.

REALLY nice pot. 4 stars instead of 5 only for the quality of Stainless Steel. Requires a bit more care and caution than I'm used to with better quality stainless. Would have given it 4.5 if I could have. Form, fit & function are excellent. Perfect diameter for rice ball cookers, canning, etc. Silicone on the handles are a great plus and make it a pleasure to handle. Machine washed several times already and looks like it will hold up well. Oh, what the heck, I'm giving it 5 stars and leaving my disclaimer at the beginning for you to judge. I sent another brand back as too small and review on others were questionable. I'll stand by this one.

I think its a very attractive looking pot. I do like the aluminum core base. So far my husband confiscated it each weekend for corn on the cob and it comes out well. Im disappointed in the quality of the stainless steel. I bought it to use as a pasta pot but after seeing how pitted the inside bottom of the pot was as soon as we took out the corn from the first use i knew id never want to boil pasta, which really does require agenerous pinch of salt in the water while cooking.As pretty as it is, as nice as the soft handles are I dont trust eating food prepared in aluminum or coated cookware and I expected better quality from a stainless steel pot so this one is outside next to the grill and smoker where campfire quality meels for manly men are made. I fear he may develop early dimentia due to these fishy sketchy unknown metals hes enjoying.As for me, Ill pay a bit more for a better quality layer of stainless steel. It may not have the pretty handles, but i will feel safer about the food im feeding my peps.If like me, you choose this pot for its looks, - and hey- you may get a better one depending on whos in charge of quality control these days- get your food out asap and rinse the pot to protect it from acids the food may have given off, especially if you want to eat with the family instead of clean the pot while theyre eating. Later gently wash with a mild dish soap by hand. The dishwasher solvents will ruin the pot instantly so dont take the shortcut if you want the pot to look good and never ever put it away wet! Especially the basket. Rust city! I towel dry it and set it back on the burner to heat it up and evaporate all moisture. Its a project.

Nice pot but much smaller than I expected. Can't see how full size ears of corn or asparagus fit. Didn't use it because looking at the size when I unpacked it I decided to just send it back.

I got this for camping. Yes, CAMPING. Why? Because it fits in my charcoal fired chimney and gets a full pot of water hot FAST.Now you are saying, "Doesn't it get dirty?" Yes, anything cooking over charcoal gets dirty but the secret is spray on oven cleaner. Rinses clean every time.The basket doesn't work for spaghetti but such is life. I have a colander so all is cool. The lid stays on tight though the boil.Now to see if it will also cook corn dogs from scratch. Hot oil this time.

Loved it. I gave it to my daughter as a birthday gift and she liked it a lot. We both liked the red part of the pot. It added a nice contrast. I would buy it again.

Water leaks if you fill the water above the handles, meaning the handles are not sealed to prevent leaks. The lid cannot be used when the basket is in the pot.Returning the item as it does not fit my required usage.

Average quality. I had to bend the lid back into shape. Manufacturing marks are all over the item. Appearance is not the defining characteristic of a pot so meh. This pot is worth about $20 as it is made.
