The faucet looks very nice and initially we loved it. however after less than a year of installation the hot water handle will not shut off completely and the faucet leaks. trying to contact seller in order to see if there is a way to buy a replacement cartridge but cannot find contact information. Too bad as we really like the look and function of the faucet.

Ok just installed (ordered mid August 2022) and while it looks fabulous the hot water side continuously drips . Contacted customer service which sent me a new hot water cartridge . Was super tight but put it in and now all good no hot water drip …

Giving it 4 stars because I haven’t installed it yet. Bought it for a new construction home that doesn’t have the plumbing in yet so I can’t test it. Looks good though and feels heavy. More of a champagne bronze than true gold but matches my shower head. The price is higher than similar faucets but this one was the most square shaped one I could find. Overall nice modern faucet for the fraction of price of name brand faucets.

I bought two of these faucets in brushed gold. The quality is excellent, the brushed gold is a lite color, the lines give your bath a very modern look. No drain comes with this faucet and there’s no way to pull a drain open. I bought a Hanebath pop up drain in brushed gold. The color is a bit darker but looks good and the drain is large, can be pulled out easily to clean and is impressive looking.

As good as the photos. Handles are nice and heavy and the action is smooth. Flow is great despite the faucet being skinny. Only minor complaint is the unusual way the valves connect thru a Tee to the faucet. its a little awkward, but you can make it work okay.
