The cats have been enjoying them ever since. The overall quality of the wooden and fabric portions of this product are excellent. This is not simply a cat shelf made of particle board - this is a very sturdy product. Our cats range in size from 10-17 pounds and they all enjoy sitting in the curve. It is big enough for two smaller cats or one husky cat. The fabric is cozy, especially the sherpa fabric. Installation was easy, but did require two people to level and hold the product steady. It probably could be done with one person, but I wouldn't recommend it. We used the included mounting equipment and studs, which worked perfectly. The only issue people could have with mounting would be if you are mounting to a surface without studs. The price of this product is high, but for a reason: the quality is there.
