Fitness with fun
My son thought it was rubbish ! Then he got the hang of it and absolutely loves it! He’s gone from missing the ball to 30 hits with no miss . It is brill . Recommend for teenagers.

Great fun present

Great Fun
I bought this out of sheer curiosity, it's really great fun, can be used inside or outside just a bit of space and patience needed. Great way to focus your mind, with the benefit of sharpening your reflex's. I use it twice a day for about ten minutes each time plus leaving the reflex ball in the kitchen and use it while waiting for the kettle to boil.

Takes a little getting used to, but good for reflexes
Bought this for the kids to train their reflexes, but ended up using it myself a lot. I would say there is definately a period of learning how to use this device, as at the very beginning it seems impossible due to the ball going in any direction. However, after a little use, you'll start to get into the rythm of how to use it correctly and how to punch it so that it doesn't go all over the show. The punches you'll be throwing is more like shadow boxing, but it is a lot of fun and challenging, and I have to say, it really test and improve reflexes. A nice product to travel with and take everywhere as well.
