McKesson Heel Protectors for Pressure Sores, Bed Sores Foot Cushion Pillow, 1 Count

Save some money if you are looking for a heel-protecting boot. Rather than spend twice as much on the name-brand product, this well-constructed McKesson version fits the bill. I use mine every night, and it lasts 6 to 9 months before the Velcro starts to curl up at the ends.

I have very sore heel on my left foot that comes from how I lie in bed. This heel protector protected my heel and allowed it to heal.

These boots are good quality and easy to use. They're very well padded, comfortable, with wide, good quality Velcro straps. They're worth the extra money. The only negative is that, like some other boots, they don't have any "stops" on the side of each boot to keep the patient's feet/ankles from rolling from side to side rather than remaining stable. Overall I'd buy them again.

I bought these for my father and they are great years as a pressure ulcer and they don’t add any extra pressure because they’re solid form yet they’re soft

Ordered for my husband as he has pressure ulcers on the heels and sides of his feet. It does help make his feet more comfortable. It is easy to put on, doesn't come off while he's sleeping, and it gives more support than the cheaper one-strap bunny boots would.

Not totally pleased with the way these fit. Maybe a larger size would be okay. The third set of straps are not necessary in my estimation. These boots don’t seem to be as thick as the others I have. Would not recommend them.

Very well made, really helped heal a foot heel sore. Was comfortable to sleep with on.

These boots work well to prevent skin breakdown. The only drawback is that they are heavy.
