Drink plenty water stay hydrated or cramps will come
Love this tea it really works and one thing for sure I know to learn that when u drink it and your stomach starts to cramp and the reason for the cramping is your not drinking enough water and your I'm dehydrated thats why is recommended when you drink his drink a lots of fluid to push out those bowels happy drinking
