I received this blender in a box that was already opened. No instruction booklet, blender had been used and still had food on it. This had clearly been used and then repackaged. This item should have never been sent.

This is a superb blender and great value for money. I use it for blending fermented chilli and vegetables to make hot chilli sauces. Very powerful with complete speed control. Easy to clean. Great product.
