It’s a very unique mattress and I suffer from a lot of pain in my neck,shoulders and back. I had initially gave it 4-5 stars but had to change it to 3. It’s still very comfortable for the type of mattress it is. It’s interchangeable to design it however you need from the inside out. My complaint is only one thing as the days and months have gone by. Yes it’s wonderful for side sleeping but only one side of the inserts are good for that. It’s not a cool mattress it’s sleeping rather warmer than I am used to. I have only one thing in mind to make it sleep cool is to get a 2 inch cooling full size insert as there’s no way that I have seen to be able to order any inserts from the company? I couldn’t find it during the time that I have had it. I’m hoping that they get ahold of me to see what there is for new more plush inserts. In the meantime I had to use a plush topper that’s not a gel type as I have had seen reviews that adding gel toppers on top of a foam mattress isn’t a great idea. This is not contributing to sleeping cooler either. I do love that I no longer suffer from side sleeping. The normal pressure points are not aching as much. It is a very good mattress but despite air conditioning on at nite it still is sleeping too hot. Now with the topper on it’s a bit more bearable but still warm. I’m definitely reaching out to the company to see if they have different options for the other side to be more plush and if they can recommend a cooling insert. Otherwise I’m looking at finding a different company for the insert. It isn’t a bed you can sit on the side of due to its plushness, you sink as well. It’s to be expected from these types of mattresses unless you get a hybrid. I can only hope the next mattress I get will be the one. This is almost the one. I think the average person who doesn’t exist in constant pain would benefit from this unique mattress due to it potentially being a preventative for later in life problems from a poor mattress. It is definitely unique in the ways you can build it to suit your comfort level. I just wish I got a real cooling, plush on both sides inserts. :/

I was skeptical about purchasing this mattress because of the low price point. I worked in the mattress industry and have been able to gain a deep understanding of the manufacturing process as well as the logistics side (shipping is insanely expensive). I was coming from a $2000 Serta iComfort which lost shape after 4 years and became painful to sleep on (way too plush). I have heard mixed things about all of the major eCommerce mattress brands (Casper, Purple, Tuft & Needle, Leesa, etc) but then I came across this. I could not find a single negative review and given the low price, I figured I didn't have as much to lose. Granted, I have only slept on it one night. But this was after only letting it expand for about an hour (takes 72 to fully expand). Last night, I had the best sleep of my life. As did my wife.This mattress is on the firm side. Which we love. I am a side/stomach sleeper and my wife sleeps on her back and it was ideal for both of us. It provided incredible support while still having subtle softness for comfort. The mattress has a zipper to easily remove and wash topper which is a huge plus. Aesthetically, there is nothing special about the mattress. Coming from a mattress background, I know that it can cost a good bit of money to just make a mattress "look pretty." Ultimately, what matters most is what is inside. They went with a no frills, quality product. I will have to wait 6 months-1 yr to see how it's holding up then. For now, I would totally recommend.

I write this review as a physician that deals with back and neck pain on a regular basis. I have read a lot of reviews on memory foam, hybrid, and spring mattresses. I decided on the Avenco brand due to good reviews, and ease of ordering thru Amazon, and price. When i recommend a mattress to my patients, these are all important points for them. My previous mattress was a old Serta memory foam. Every morning i was waking up stiff with mid and lower back pain. I knew i was well over due for a new mattress, but i didn’t want to spend thousands and thousands of dollars for a over priced mattress from a brick and mortar store. After ordering the Avenco memory foam mattress, it came quickly in a box that i could move upstairs myself. After taking it out of the package it did not have a odor, and inflated to full size in a few hours. The first night i slept better than i had in a long time, it’s been a full week now without waking up with back pain. I can tell I’m sleeping better because i feel much more refreshed when i wake up. I would say this mattress is firm, so If you like a plush and soft mattress this is not for you. IMHO if you have back pain when your sleeping, you prob need a mattress on the firmer side anyway.

My husband and I can just say we are thrilled! We'd been sleeping on a bragada silver cloud temperpedic mattress for 10 years which we ordered online originally and loved but of course, after 10 years of sleeping on it, IT WAS READY TO BE REPLACED! The company had gone out of business so we started looking at alternatives. We couldn't help but read the reviews and be cautiously optimistic about this mattress but thought for $556, we would try it. Oh my gosh! We opened up the box and set it up and no, we didn't wait 72, 48, or even 24 hours before sleeping on it. A mere 8 hours after getting it out of the box and in desperation, put it on the bed on top our old box springs. We figured it couldn't be any more painful than sleeping on the old mattress and it looked fully expanded. It was heavenly. So firm and supportive yet so soft. My back, neck, and knee pain were gone the next day! Best night of sleep my husband and I have had in a long time. We've been sleeping on it now almost a month and I have to say over and over again that we LOVE this mattress and cannot recommend it enough. You will not be disappointed! What do you have to lose?

Ich habe diese Matratze aufgrund der guten Bewertungen bestellt. Ich weiß leider nicht ob diese fake sind.Als die matratze ankam, lag sie erstmal eine Woche auf dem Balkon zum entlüften, da die richtig arg nach Chemie gestunken hat und ich nach 1h in einem Raum mit dieser Matratze richtig Kopfschmerzen bekam.Schlafen tut man recht gut darauf, jedoch schwitze ich hier mehr wie auf meiner 500€ breckle Matratze.Da der Gestank nun weg ist, wie und eh ein größeres Bett kaufen und die matratze in den Wohnwagen wandert, werde ich sie wohl behalten.Kaufen würde ich sie nur trotzdem nicht mehr.Hier fehlt auch das Ökotex Label und ich habe zu spät gesehen das dieser aus China kommt. Ich kaufe lieber eine Matratze die in Deutschland produziert wurde und sich an unsere Giftstoffe Werte hält.Daher leider keine KaufempfehlungEdit 17.3.2021: super lösungsorientierter und unkomplizierter Kundenservice, daher edit auf 5 sterne

Ich habe diese Matratze auf Empfehlung eines Freundes bestellt. Das Paket war schnell da. Nachdem ich die Matratze ausgepackt habe, habe ich sie einpaar Stunden Ruhen lassen und dann habe ich sie Probe gelegen. Nach ca. einer Woche Probeschlafen kann ich sagen das meine Rückenschmerzen sehr stark nachgelassen haben. Auf der Matraze kann man gut schlafen. Sie ist weder zu weich noch zu Hart für mich. Ein sehr gutes Mittelmaß. Für den Preis eine wirklich gute Matratze. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Ich musste meine H2 Matratze wechseln da der Kern scheinbar kaputt ist. Nach langem hin und her habe ich diese Matratze, aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen bestellt. Der Körper braucht ca 14 Tage bis er sich an die neue Matratze gewöhnt hat. Ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Seitdem ich die Matratze habe fühle ich mich tagsüber schon fitter als vorher obwohl sie H3 ist. Hoffe sie hält länger als meine alte, die viel teurer war.

Kupiłem 2 nowe materace i po wypakowaniu leżały 4 dni żeby się rozprostowały i nabrały oryginalnych wymiarów i właściwości . Pierwsze wrażenie było całkiem inne niż spanie na starych materacach sprężynowych kieszeniowych które mieliśmy ,po położeniu materac dopasowuje się do ciała i się bardzo wygodnie śpi .Po paru nocach rano wstając czuję się wyspany i nie mam bólu kręgosłupa jaki mi towarzyszył śpiąc na starym materacu ,żona również jest bardzo zadowolona a jest po operacji kręgosłupa . Szczerze polecam zakup materaca

Ich hatte seit längere Zeit Nackenschmerzen,diese sind nach einer Woche Gebrauch verschwunden.Die Matratze ist äußerst bequem und man hat einen erholsamen Schlaf. Versand und Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer waren perfekt.Ich würde diese Matratze immer wieder weiterempfehlen.
