Very time consuming. It removed only a couple strands at a time. **Q: Can you use on upper lip?** A: yes. at bit of pull but quite gentle. this works very well for facial hair **Q: Is this like an electric razor?** A: It pulls the hair, so it's not a razor. **Q: Does it work on peach fuzz and coarser hair? Or does it work on one better than the other?** A: I am still learning how to use this epilator. I generally don't go near the peach fuzz on my face because a long time ago I was told that once you start removing it, it will come back even coarser and thicker. I don't know if this is true or not. However, I just went and tried it on some of my finer peach fuzz and yes, it does work. The trick is to NOT put the epilator right onto the skin...hold it just far enough away so it can grab the hairs. I found that I was wasting my time when I put the epilator against the skin. Also, use it in circular motions, and make sure you are holding the skin tight! It took a little longer to remove the peach fuzz, but it did, indeed, remove it.
