I was surprised by the tiny package but the packets inside are generous. They make a very subtle yet delicious and instantly crave-worthy broth. Highly salty but using just half a packet at a time either as soup broth or seasoning a larger dish, works great to dilute the salt. We’ll be buying more!

This is a fabulous product and we use it as the base for many different soups. I just wish it was less pricey, but since I haven't found a cheaper alternative or a similar vegan option locally I will continue to buy.

A good easy introduction to adding Umami to different dishes. While not the highest of quality or care like adding your own mix of miso, shiitake or other elements its easy, mixes in well and has a good flavor. If you're dipping your toe into this kind of food go ahead and grab it you wont be disappointed.
