Can I please ask if this is compatible with a Joie mimzy highchair?

Yes I have a similar Joie high chair and it works fine, the suction cups stick on the plastic tray (wet them a bit first for better suction)

Do you wash the suckers

I put the whole thing including suckers in the washing machine and it still works great.

Are the neck and sleeves size adjustable?

The neck is fully adjustable via a velcro fastening that will adjust from very small to the largest child. The sleeves have a soft elasticated cuff that easily expands to fit. Thanks Tidy Tot.

Does this fit over a mamas and papas highhchair tray?

Hello, thank you for your interest in our bib. The suction cups will attach to a smooth, glossy surface and will not stick to textured surfaces. If you have the Mamas & Papas Snax chair, our bib will attach perfectly to the main tray or insert tray.
