Should I get these or the bottles?

I like these , there easier to open and In my option they have less wax then the bottles

Can u eat the wax on the outside?

Of course! I will say that many people do not like to eat it, but I always have. When I was a kid I ate it and I STILL chew it and swallow it in small, pieces. I don't eat a bunch in a day maybe a few. It's safe, but it's flavorless once the juice is gone.
