Fantastic for the price paid
I got this table during Black Friday at a great price. The table was very easy to assemble, it took us a little over an hour. The table is pretty sturdy but it's not the same durability and quality as some of the more expensive tables. Great for the price and so far, we absolutely love it!

Terrible product
This product is terrible. Very cheap materials. Nothing lines up to put it together, welds are broke, things are stripped.

Good, well priced table
Great table! Pretty easy to put together and its very sturdy. I would suggest to get nicer paddles than the ones they get you to bundle but the table itself is great.

Almost great
This review is for the "conversion" version of this table, that you place over another table/billiards table. I’d first like to mention that Amazon’s delivery, while quick and on time, was not so good on this. The driver called me when he arrived at the delivery address (I was out of town at the time, but my wife was there). I told the driver that I’d call my wife and she would be right out. So, I called her and let her know, and she went outside (within a few minutes) to find the table left against the garage door, and no delivery person to be found. Now, the description says “inside entryway delivery”, but was instead left against an entryway. We were hoping that it would be brought into the other side of our garage, but the driver left without any chance of that happening. My wife was pretty angry as she needed to leave for a meeting, but the item (which is extremely heavy and quite awkward for one person to move) was now blocking her door. Also, even though there was no apparent damage to the packaging, one of the plastic corner cap pieces on the edge of one of the table halves was broken. It appears that the screw was installed crooked, probably leading to it cracking and eventually breaking off from the pressure of the crooked screw. I’m reaching out to head to see if that issue can be rectified. Despite the above issues, this is a nice table that plays very well. The halves aren’t too heavy to move/place when you have a couple of able people to move them, and the net attachments setup up quick and easy. 2 things to note, and 1 that I would consider a fairly major design flaw that you should be aware of if placing over a billiards table. 1. The handle-looking things you see on the outside corners of the 2 halves are apparently NOT actually handles (note that the product listing says "15 mm Conversion Table w/ Handles". In fact, in the directions, they explicitly say to not lift or carry using the handles (see pic). Oddly, they’re actually paddle/ball holders. Design tip for HEAD: if you don’t want something to be used as a handle, maybe don’t make it look/function like a handle? Also, it would be pretty handy (pun intended) if they actually were handles… they’re in a pretty awkward spot for “paddle holders”. Other tip: don't call it a handle in your product listing. Part of the reason I purchased this is because the handle option seemed like a good idea for moving these table halves around more easily.. Now, for the bigger issue. I purchased this to place over the top of our billiards table… which works great. However, there’s metal reenforcement square bar that runs around the underside edge of 3 sides of each table half. The extra reenforcement/rigidity is appreciated, but here’s the rub (literally). The screws that they used to attach the bar to the bottom are round head screws which are not countersunk. So, they stick out, which if you’re not aware/careful, can potentially damage your table (a reality in our case). This is an odd choice, since the company went out of their way to cover the entire bottom side of the table with a protective pad backing… EXCEPT for the metal bars with screw heads sticking out. Unfortunately, our newly acquired table was damaged in this way when our teenage children placed the 1 half top too far up on the table woodwork (with the screws making contact), then slid it back off the edge to the proper placement, unaware of the potential hazard of the screws. So, I’m trying to sort out the best way to avoid this situation again (because it will certainly happen again)… - put the table cover on before placing this top on (however, the screws may actually damage the cover as well… so not sure if this is a good solution. - put some kind of adhesive backed foam over the screws, which will likely come off at some point and need to be replaced over and over (prob not a long-term solution). - replace the round head screws with flat heads. This seems like the best option (maybe)… but I’m still not sure if they’d be sunk enough to not do similar damage. - all of the above. This is an issue that Head should certainly address and that I’ll likely contact them about. So, buyer beware on that one! Enjoying it, otherwise.

Ping pong table
Portable and easy to set up. We enjoy it in our garage.

Screws loose on rails
This is a solid table. When I opened the box the screws were not in the rails. The net has a hole in it. Other than that it’s pretty solid and heavy.

Good table once built, but assembly is brutal.
It’s quite difficult to set up for multiple reasons. Getting the underside completely installed took me around 4 hours or more, total installation probably around 6. I did it myself, but required help at the step where you flip the table over. I recommend not doing setup alone. The table is extremely heavy to move and orient into a position where it can be assembled. Using the pre-installed handles and legs to try to move it will literally yank the pre-installed screws and brackets out of the table, unable to be screwed back in. The pre-installed legs swing freely and will sometimes slam into the underside of your table extremely loudly, damaging the underside of your table. The pieces just don’t seem to fit together very well, so getting screws into their designed places is needlessly difficult and time consuming, and getting the table aligned at the center is a puzzle of loosening bolts, trying to position both sides of the table together, and retightening bolts over and over. The finished product is kind of just a big clanking thing that’s a chore to move around, but the fact that it folds up is obviously nice for storage purposes. The provided open-end wrench and Allen wrench required to build the table are a very annoying method of tightening the screws and bolts as they are very tiny and take too much time and effort per screw. The underside pieces needing to be attached have nearly identical counterparts, but screwing in the wrong counterpart is a critical mistake as the screw becomes impossible to remove. Making this mistake can be costly, as struggling to install and remove screws risks pulling out the pre-installed screws and brackets. If pre-installed screws and brackets where the legs attach are pulled out of the table by accident, it requires you to get a whole new table. The net does not keep its shape, and seems as though it will almost certainly require quick replacement with one that won’t begin to sag in the middle over time. Regardless, the surface seems good enough. I had the same one growing up and it lasted us years. It should give you and your family/kids/friends years of play as well, if you can survive assembly, and if well taken care of. I bought it from Amazon at $283, just before the price changed to $500. I personally would probably not buy it at the current $500, but if you find that it’s worth it, or find it at a reduced price again, then you should buy it.

Table shipped without assembly hardware and accessories.
Can’t answer assembly questions because the table did not include hardware to assemble legs and table ; also did not include net , paddles , balls as advertised. Disappointing Christmas gift since still waiting for missing hardware to arrive so table can be assembled and used. Company responsive and apologetic. Missing items to be shipped ASAP.
