She has very sensitive skin but the adhesive has never irritated her. The designs are cute, the patches come off easily (no pain/pulling), and having a patch on has never bothered my baby. *Do not get them wet!* If your child is going to play in water or take a bath, take the patch off first. My daughter’s got wet once and then a lot of adhesive was left behind when I took the patch off.
