I have a Samsung A53 and was gutted they didn't have a 3.5mm jack for my favourite headphones (either Denon, AKG or Sony, depending on the activity) I'd tried USB C to 3.5mm adaptors (twice) and they worked for a while but ultimately failed each time. Then I tried a Bluetooth Adaptor which is good at the Gym, but has a limited battery life. This will not be any use on a long haul flight, so I needed a more permanent solution... I saw these, and they had good reviews and were a reasonable price, so I took the plunge and don't regret it one single bit! They are as good if not better than the AKG's which came with my previous phone. The build quality is top notch and the packaging and presentation is first rate. Like others, I liked the neat touch of a handwritten note (mine was from Alice) The fit of these is amazing and they feel comfortable in my ears, but they also come with 3 sets of different size silicone bud covers for various ear sizes. I've not tried them at the Gym yet, but think they will match or beat my Sony in ear buds which only occasionally come out or lose inner ear pressure for a tight bass. Finally compared to my Denon Studio Qulity in ear monitors they do seem to match the wide frequency range, and in fact I had to use my phones built in EQ settings to reduce the bass slightly! Both my previous Denon and Sony headphoness had a ridiculously wide frequency range of 17hz to 27,000hz which is wider than other makes by a considerable margin, I had reservations about these much cheaper ear buds from ULIX as there is no mention of the frequency range, but these really do not disappoint! I've tried a range of punchy tracks and even some ASMR tracks and I was hearing subtle changes I've not heard before, so any concerns I had have well and truly gone! If you're looking for great quality USB C noise isolating ear buds these are definitely a great choice!

Excellent headphones.

Bought these in Feb. Now June 11th and they didn't work. Certainly, they looked promising upon arrival. Very nicely packaged with a customer focused strapline. However, I was never happy as the volume continuously dropped out when listening to music. If the type C connector moved in any direction, volume dropped out. On telephone calls, multiple 3rd parties claimed they could hear a continuous clicking sound. On phone calls, whilst I could hear the 3rd party, you could hear them get exacerbated because they all say they can't hear a word. It says the phones are covered by a 5 year guarantee. There is a page that says "contact us 24/7." No link, so I could not contact the seller. Nor can I see how I can claim under the warranty so I submitted an Amazon review, which was not positive to be fair. However, the Customer Service Team did see my posting and immediately they contacted me with a message. After apologising they offered to remedy the situation by offering a full refund, no questions. I asked instead for a replacement pair. I was more than happy with the sales description and was willing to accept that my pair was just faulty but were not representative of the brand. Those replacements were received on Friday, a total of 5 days. However, whilst Ulix responded to questions within an hour, my response was always next day so the response to resolve was down to my tardiness. I am extremely happy with the replacements. It is good to have my music on the move. I don't recall the original phones being this good and I am more than happy with the quality. Ulix did more than I expected. The music quality is very, very good. Only bettered by their excellent customer service. I have given them 4 stars only because I have had the replacements 2 days. Should they be as good as I think they are now, I would gladly give them a 5. Photograph of the old phones attached. You can see that I have destroyed them. I've found the sound quality to be superb across a range of audio media, music, voice and video. I think these are serious contender for best quality all-round earbuds at a reasonable price. Also highly pleasing for me is that the earbud tips include a size that really works! While I'm unlikely to much use the metal storage box and bag, those and the earbud selection and testing guide are great additions. Well done guys, one very content customer!

Good budget product, excellent sound quality however, a buzzing/crackling noise comes & goes in the left ear piece. The only other problem I'm having with them is that they keep falling out which is quite annoying, they're somewhat bulky, & a little weighted, the shape doesn't help as they're not properly designed to sit comfortably in the ear but, because I only used them when watching Netflix, or listening to music at night, they're bearable..

Wow Just wow For such a price, this is far more than I expected. The headphones sound great. They come with a comfortable little baggy, as well as a bunch of spare tips of various sizes. They're comfy, light, have an elbow (L shaped) connection so the wire will probably last a while (I break wires very easily). AND, on top of that, they sent an ADORABLE card and a WHOLE EXTRA SET OF HEADPHONES??!? Not sure if everyone gets these things, am guessing not, but wow. That really caught me off guard in the best way possible. Especially since it happened on my birthday XD In conclusion, seriously amazing product and an absolute STEAL for the price. ❤️

I gave these ear phones, 5 stars After ordering them, they came the following day and they are really good. I would certainly buy these again.

They sound great, can be played loud, the only thing is, they're somewhat likely to fall out of your ears. They sound very clear, and they're definitely worth the price
