This machine strengthens every muscle. The safety features are great for people like me that want no one around when they lift. Setting it up took my wife and I about 4 hours. Adding up the time I save from going to the gym plus membership and all other considerations this is a great investment. I use the fitpal app. Lastly, the customer service is incredible. When you receive the machine, inventory everything and if anything is missing, it will be in the mail before you are done setting it up.
