Well I would start with that it's a good product for the price. if you want that pokey straight look I guess then you need to find something else..but people with frizzy unmanageable hair can really calm their hair with this product. it makes it kind of straight and smooth. It is infused with kera-charge that will also repair damaged hair so it's safe to use on feeble hair. I guess for 290 it's good.
