What colour do you see through the lenses?

That depends on the colour you buy. If there is a pink tint, then pink. Green, then green, neutral, then it's just darker without a tint. You eyes do adjust somewhat and the tint fades somewhat after a few minutes & when you take them off your brain will take a sec to re-adjust.

Yes, very light. They nearly fall off if it’s windy outside and while I like them, the arms on them are very loose, so they have a tendency to slightly slip down off your eyes while walking.
