I am so impressed with how well this tool works. When operating, the blade raises and lowers about 1.5 inches, bringing all the food in from the sides. Every last bit of food in chopped.. It works so efficiently, I use the pulse button to ensure I do not over chop. The blades are strong & sharp. I filled the container to the brim with meat from chicken legs & using the pulse function, it was chopped into small uniform pieces for chicken salad in less than 15 seconds. A-May-Zing!!! Same results after filling the cup with onion, peppers & olives. wow! The safety features are great, too. The cup must be rotated until it clicks into place and the lid must be locked in place to operate. If either the cup or lid are not locked into place, the unit will not turn on. The shaft into which the blade slides onto does not have any gaps. Food cannot get into the unit, at any point. The ON & PULSE leds are both on/off toggles that respond immediately to light touch. Cleaning this unit is a breeze. Also, it is surprisingly quiet. I doubt my upstairs neighbors can hear it. I have been searching for a small food processor for my tiny kitchen for a very long time. This tool was well worth the wait. It works so well, I have decided to leave it on my counter for daily use. The price is amazing, imo. I recommend this product, wholeheartedly. If I could give it 10stars, I would.

I like how the blades go up and down that’s the best feature. I owned my first one for quite a long time and used it at least 3 to 4 times a week. My last one finally started smelling funny and smoking when I was trying to mix some ground lamb. I had a pound in there and it was probably my fault it was too much at one time. With all the fatty strings in there and everything it was just too much. As far as grinding up other food items and especially onions and other vegetables it’s a game changer and the no-brainer. The way the blades go up and down you really don’t need to take much time the process is very fast and thorough. Don’t hesitate just buy it.

I've been using a well known brand of mini chopper for years, but the plastic holding the blade was beginning to crack and I decided to get a new one. I looked at the different options, and decided on this for 2 reasons. First, the bowl was just a bit bigger, and I found that my old one was often just a bit too small. I also found that not all the garlic or whatever I was chopping got chopped up evenly in my old one, and I liked the idea of the blade going up and down in the container. Wasn't sure it would help, but it works! My garlic comes out much better now, as do the other things I chop up, and that little bit of extra room sure makes a big difference! So easy to use, the button doesn't really need pressure on it, and it goes! Love it!

My 1st WORST review.... I just got this little chopper, was so excited, used it once, VERY IMPRESSED! Coudn't wait to use it again a few days later, BUT! The darn thing WOULD NOT POWER ON! - Had THE MAN give it a look to see if he could figure something out, NOPE! It just will NOT power on AT ALL! - I DID read EVERY review, and had seen where some had mentioned it not powering on after awhile, some said a matter of MONTHS, but overall the reviews were positive. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS!

This 4 cup food chopper is big enough to prepare chopped food for my family of 5. It is easy to use and the user manual is clear. I can choose from automatic or manual based on my needs when processing the food. Easy to clean, simply put each parts into a dish washer and dish washer will get the job done. The touchscreen keypad and the stand are easy to clean as well. I just use kitchen wipe to wipe it after each use. The only problem is that the stand/base seems not heavy enough and the machine shakes a bit when I put more meat inside the chopper. The noise level is fair when it is processing the food. Not a bad choice for the price I paid, wish the base could be heavier.

I originally had the hand-pull food chopper and didn't mind using that for a minute until I bought this and it has made my life so much easier! Small enough to fit on my counter and while I do like the touch buttons, I would have preferred a push button, but that's minor. I love the fact that it's superrr quick, but do be careful as it can go from the right sized chunks to the tiniest bits very fast. I haven't thrown it into the dishwasher as it's quite easy to clean and I was slightly worried about all the parts not fitting correctly into the motor before turning it on, but its safety won't allow it to turn on until the pieces are in place which is a great feature! Have yet to really use the oil funnel drip feature though, so can't comment on that.

I have a large 13 cup food processor and a very small pull string chopper (for garlic, ginger etc...). But, I do a lot of cooking (mostly for 2 people) so I wanted a 3 or 4 cup for those smaller jobs. I needed one strong enough to grind raw bacon though. So, after much research, I settled on this one. I wasn't sure about the HOVERCHOP with VERTICAL UP & DOWN Blade Movement while rotating. Honestly, I was afraid food would build up under the blade keeping it from moving up & down. No worries now. The 300 watt motor minced a lb of cold raw bacon without any problem, didn't even bogg-down. Makes salsa and a spinach/garlic pesto like a dream. Perfect size for most jobs. Easy to clean. You can't go wrong for the price.

I CANT tell you enough how this device change my life. I use to take hours cooking because I prefer to use all my vegetables fresh and it was such a pain in the youknow when it came to the chopping. The best part is that, unlike every other mixer, the blade goes up and down so you have an even consistancy (not anmashed puree in the bottom and whole pieces on the top). So yeesss I recommend 100%, it's totally worth it!

as iterated the up and down blade movement does a great job in chop chop but also a fab job in making puree. just got it a short time ago & boy it's been great (so far)

Love it .. it chops everything in seconds. Very happy with it… The only thing I’m worried about is that the cannister is a bit flimsy plastic .. that’s why I gave 4 stars because not sure how long it will last but it is definitely a game changer …best chopper i ever had not to mentioned that it is kind of cool to see the blade going up and down.
