I've has this for 2 years. Cheaper units worked better and as of yesterday the plug from inside the unit rusted. Keep in mind, the unit was on a wood shelf not around moisture only what's was released my the unit.

I really like this humidifier. The capacity allows it to run for days before refilling. I also love having the oil sprayed into the mist instead of dropping in water. The only wish I have is an extra EO bottle or ability to purchase just the bottle. The mist sprayer can be heard at night but you can select sleep mode. The unit is durable plastic and holds a gallon of water.

I love the size of this product 4000 ML But the oil dispenser for diffusing essential oils did not work properly for me and I could never smell the oil’s that were diffusing.It is a nice quiet operation but not enough mist came out for me even on the highest level of mist.

The humidifier is the only thing that works on this product. I’ve reached out to the company as I can not smell the essential oils from this diffuser; however, I can smell the same oils just fine with other diffusers. It’s clear their customer service isn’t equipped for troubleshooting as I’ve sent a picture showing the bottle was intact after they indicate to make sure it is and the representative replied saying the timed function buttons was the diffuser button. I wouldn’t dare waste my time with such company as they clearly has demonstrated they don’t want to admit that it’s possibly a faulty product and haven’t even offered to replace.

The media could not be loaded.  Quiet and soothing. Appreciate the flexibility to adjust both duration and volume of essential oil disbursed. Drastically reduced number of times to refill water reservoir and add oils. Cleaner operation - No need to drop oil into reservoir.

Have to add the oil to the water rather than use the intake bottle because it doesn’t work.

Stopped working on day 2. Very dissatisfied.
