Yes, it's a tiny piece, but when I put this on, I felt a zap up my arm (I am grounding it with Tourmaline now). I've only had it for a few days. I ordered the leather strap with silver wrap. (I'm allergic to cheap metals) I've worn it everyday for the few days that I've had it and on my wrist, where the silver wrap is touching, is not reacting. So if you are like me and read reviews before purchasing, just get it.
