Just what I needed
I have three degenerated discs in my lower back. I have been looking for this type of back cushion for some time. Most back cushions provide lumbar support. For me, the lumbar cushions simply push on my lower-to-mid back, causing me pain. This cushion - properly adjusted for me - sits in the gap between the back and seat of my office chair and my car seat. It cushions my very lowest vertebra, and it allows my spine to stay straight by pushing it against the back of the chair/seat. For whatever reason, that type of cushioning prevents back pain for me.

Went from back pain within 2 hours to going 14 hours with no pain!
My car doesn't have much lumbar support on it's own, and it would start hurting my back after an hour and a half or so. This pillow stays in place on the leather seat nicely, and now I've gone 14 hours in one day multiple times with no pain! I'm not saying you'll have the same experience, but for me it works perfectly.

This item can be ordered with a strap.
I originally ordered two of the product without a strap thinking I saw in the information that it had one. I kept one because I made the error in researching. I sent the other one back since I didn't open the package.Shakerzone reached out to me asking why I seemly the second one back. I replied that I wanted a strap to hold it in position on my car seat. I didn't like how the first model sat at the bottom of the seat and pushed my but instead of my lower back.Shakerzone then informed me that they had a model with a strap and would send it to me. Works
I somehow hurt my back recently and had to go to emergency. It is hard for me to sit for long periods. My neighbor who had back surgery recommended this. Now I take this to my car as well as anywhere I have to sit still for a long time. It does help greatly. I still have to go through therapy sessions. But at least I have some backup support. The owner of this company is so nice to deal with. He genuinely cares about his customers.
