Seems ridged enough. Probably made with the same plastic as a plastic electrical box.

The screew for the cover plate are too small for the box (the one in the wall). Did I miss something?

The parts worked great for me. What do you mean they are too small? Too short? How many layers or how thick is your drywall?

Can it fit on a standard 2x4" wall. The 2 gang box is too deep to fit...

Not an answer on the 3 gang, but the 2 gang box does fit! It's 4" deep, but if you account for 1/2" of drywall, it just fits perfectly.

Is there a version of the 3 gang that I can put 2 high voltage and 1 low voltage outlets in?

A standard 3 gang box will work for that as long as it supports a divider so you can seperate the low voltage away from the high voltage. It just will not be recessed.
