Confusion in product return process
Out of two tube lights one was defective and asked for replacement or refund for one tube light as one good one was already fixed. A pick up was arranged, but they refuse to accept one faulty returnable tube light telling the pickup is for two tube lights This happened two times even after informing customer care two days back .Now as a last effort I request you to arrange for my refund for ONE tube light skipping this one step.

Light-weight batten light replaces tube light - great value for money
A 30 Watts tube light was replaced by this 20 Watts batten LED light. I have no idea of what 2000 lumens mean to us. But after installation, we know what it means to us. A 12 feet by 15 feet hall is well lit by this LED light. Usually we have two 30 watts tube lights. Now, just one LED light 20 Watts is enough. It is placed on one side of the hall on the wall. Still the entire room is well lit. This product is neither too bright nor too dull for human eyes. The product is very light-weight. So, if you are transporting during house moves, take extra care. There is no mounting that comes with the light. We have to buy separately. For the price (175 Rs. in Feb 2025) it is great value.

Very careless packaging by the seller
The item came damaged. A portion of the baten was not illuminating. I wanted to return the same. But Amazon allowed only for replacement. The replacement order was placed by Amazon on 15th August 2026. Still waiting for the item to arrive and the defective item to be picked up. Very poor packaging and bad quality product. Will not recommend this item from this seller to anybody.
