Excellent buy 5* use all the time
Comfortable, fits great, very effective lightweight and definitely helps with hot flushes/night sweats. The fact you can use hot or cold is an extra bonus. I’ve brought two of these now. Great buy. Definitely 5 stars

Does help with my migraine
I like that it does help however woukd have liked it to last longer cold. I keep it in the fridge and have it ready. It comes nicely presented and if considering a gift for someone I can recommend it because of this. Useful to have 2 perhaps and chill one while using the other.

Fits round little heads
I bought this for my 10yr old daughter who is suffering from headaches due to illness. The cooling effect is great and the strecthy pouch you put the gel pack into fits round her little head. We store the gel pack in the freezer all the time and take it our as needed. We squeeze the pack a little to loosen it when it comes out of the freezer, but the stretchy pouch softens any slightly pointy/hard bits on the forehead.

Absaultyly works amazing but Omg I'm so dumb. I rushed into using it for my partner with chronic pain. And I as a fool thew it in the microwave for longer than needed. And welp I heard a pop and one side bursted a small whole. Totally my fault and not the products. Thanks dyslexia for not letting me read properly haha. Product itself is amazing. But don't dare keep it in for longer than 30 secconds

Works well, a bit fiddly.
Does help with a migraine. However, a bit fiddly to get the ice pack in and out of the band. Would be useful to have two ice packs so you could swap them (seems a bit wasteful to buy two bands).

Not easy to wrap around your head.
You have to wait until the cold pack is less cold for it to be less stiff so that it can wrap easily around your head. This means that you can't use it immediately and less long. Also, the strap isn't very big and comes off rather easily.

Does what it is supposed to
This does what it’s supposed to do . I plan to buy a second one so that I can always have one chilling in the freezer for when I’m in migraine mode. Tip: keep them in a large freezer zip lock because I didn’t do this at first and the headband smelled like freezer food.
