Best ever watch
I’ve tried at least 8 other watches (pricey) before this one but this is the VERY BEST — style, price, syncing, and uses. It took about 15-30 seconds to pair with my iPhone after I downloaded the app. It’s easy and accurate measuring my blood pressure and my pulse. I have aFIb so it’s necessary for me to track my health. This one does quickly, accurately, and stylishly. I doubted how great it would be because the price is below $30. I’m so glad I decided give it a try and wasn’t disappointed. My only negative is a tiny issue with the band. It’s really large on my wrist but it has enough holes to tighten it sufficiently. If you’re on the fence, please give it a try. UPDATE: The charged life is phenomenal. Today was the first time it needed recharging and it still had 2 bars!

Fairly accurate, larger than I would like.
This is an overall ranking, which may change. It is the 2nd activity watch which I've gotten specifically to check BP. The other was not even in the ballpark BP wise and so returned it. This one seems close enough on BP and HR. Tend to measure BP a little higher than my cuff. HR is thus far spot on. Steps... don't know yet. I will not stop using my cuff, but this will allow me to check more frequently. I like that it keeps the last 7 entries. The last didn't. I will update this after having used the watch for a while. The magnetic charging is nice but I do not know if that will be affected by water, so I do not shower in it. Nor would I swim in it. I am using this with a Samsung phone. After a couple of weeks, I can say that this watch for me is a little higher than my ReliOn wrist BP cuff (close enough). Both BP and HR. Mom wore it a couple of days and it was not on BP for her. I'm happy with it. One low point is the amount of time it stays charged. Claims are 1 week. I'm charging it about 2 times a week. Perhaps every 4 days, even with the backlight set on the lowest or next to the lowest setting. It charges quickly and every 3-4 days is fine. One other questionable measurement is the pedometer. I think it probably over counts but my phone definitely under counts, because I do not have it in my pocket or hand every single minute. When walking in exercise mode, I think it's accurate. I wish it had a "workout" setting, but not a big deal because I'm counting reps and time. I would buy it again. Updated: This last week the step count stopped, although the rest of the features seemed to be working. Finally I reset the watch using the phone app and all is good. Just putting that out there, should anyone else have this issue.

Simple but Great...
When I first got this smart watch, I was skeptical about how it would work for me (since I am 76 years old). The application that goes with it ok at first. But when I got into the mechanics of the app then it was all down hill. The watch works day by day with history on the app. Try it out I've been using this for about two months now. You can use it for a week or so then you'll might be checking to see if need to charge it (which doesn't take long). And the cost for it is right for me. You know there's another thing about this watch and if you stand or sit and shake your arm where the watch is on and watch the app on your phone you can see the "step counter" increase while your legs are motionless. And infact if you have no legs at all it will still "count your steps" as long your watch is on your arm. Try it and see if I'm right or just old man doesn't have any idea what he is talking about.

Very Inaccurate Sleep, Steps and BP
I bought this mainly for step and sleep tracking with the watch features being a bonus as well as being able to glance at it for text and email messages. For the first three days, I wore this along with a basic Misfit Flash tracker that I know to be fairly accurate from use over time. I would keep using the Misfit if it had more features and didn't need to replace the battery every 30 days (button type-wasteful) The step counts on this “Popglory Smart Watch” are way over reality: It showed at the end of the day 11,000 +/- steps. Misfit Flash shows 6,700 steps Iphone (not always on me) 5,800 steps The sleep showed I went to sleep at 12:30 am instead of 10:59 pm, 1-1/2 hours after I actually had, was up for close to 3 hours in two intervals in the night and slept until 6:30 am when I really got up out of bed at 5:17 am, so no aspect of any of it was accurate. It shows almost no “restful” sleep whereas the Misfit showed 4 hours and 18 minutes of restful. The BP isn't close: as example showed 106/60 when my Omron cuff read 127/67. At the same time, I compared pulse and the watch showed 76 BPM when the BP cuff read 60, so I definitely don't trust the o2Sat either. There are no basic watch faces that are a simple hand clock classic style and are mostly digital, cartoons, holidays, etc.. It fails to “wake up” when you tilt your wrist “on purpose” but lights up constantly when your just sitting there not moving it. It ran my battery on my Iphone down quicker during the day with the bluetooth, whereas the Misfit doesn't. I initiated a return thinking they might just tell me to keep it and offer a refund because it has no value, and apply the credit to a Fitbit Versa, but they wanted me to return it, so I packed it back up and printed off the label and drove to town to drop it off at the UPS store. Because of that, I am writing this review so that other people will not waste their time and then also have to hassle with packing it back up and wasting gas dropping it off. I know it's not an Apple watch or even a Fitbit and for the price point, if I could have gotten 6 months to a year out of it, it would be worth it, but not being so inaccurate. That makes it completely useless.

I thought it was waterproof.
It would be a nice young person’s entry level smart watch for health. I just bought this watch because it touted blood pressure measuring capability, oximeter capable, heart rate, smartwatch functions and it was on Sale. It has very limited apps loaded on the watch. My comparisons are this watch’s measurement readings versus actual measurements with clinical instruments. The screen display has low graphic resolution, like jagged circles. Health-wise, for heart rate it is 1-5% accurate 66 vs 68, as well as the oxygen saturation 96 vs 98. The blood pressure reading is much lower than actual reading, e.g. 107/66 compared to 126/74, systolic/diastolic. If you have high blood pressure and you wish to monitor accurately, this is not the watch for you. Looking at the ad, I expected a running trace of an ecg rather than a pictorial illustration. The pedometer steps measurement were way higher than my fairly validated iPhone, e.g. 2989 versus 1809 steps. The calories utilization is unverifiable. Like everything else, you need a baseline. Other functionalities available are a timer (kind of cumbersome to start and reset due to large fingers and small buttons), messaging (not sure how to make it work, it displays empty all the time), weather (whatever display you get on the phone is the same as on the watch, you have the option of degree Celsius or Fahrenheit), exercise (no need for me to use this function, thus unverifiable), camera (it does not take pictures with the watch, but uses the watch as a remote clicker, which I find to be cumbersome), music player (plays songs stored on the iphone, I don’t know how I could get it to play my Amazon music or downloaded Freegal music), find phone (it was on search for over a minute and still looking, inconclusive capability) and other settings. All these controls are available on the phone as well. I would like to return this phone, for one that is waterproof and hope to be more accurate. 20230717

Id recommend
I'm gonna be honest, for the price i wasn't expecting much, but it does everything it advertises, not only does it look high quality, it tracked my hr, BP oxygen well, but its pretty comfortable doing it too. it tracked everything well on the app, and it was easy to use, and the size isnt too bulky.

you get what you pay for.
i loved the low price and could not believe it could do so many things. i mainly needed the O2 saturation as my finger worn pulse-ox was not convenient enough to wear all the time or even most of the time. the O2 readings on the watch were fluctuating in the 96-98% range that is normal for most people under most circumstances. well i'm not normal and my O2 is in the 93-95% range. initially i thought it was a reading error till i did a Wim Hof breathing excercise: hyperventilationg for a few minutes followed by not holding breath for a couple of minutes. while the finger pulse-ox correctly went up to 97% and then slowly went down to 80% while holding breath, the watch happily fluctuated 96-98%. it's clear to me that the O2 reading is purely a SCAM. seeing the fluctuating BP reading, i suspect it's a SCAM, too, but too disgusted to test it more. the watch works OK while synchronized to the phone and the notifications are hit and miss, sometimes work, sometimes they don't. the instructions are poorly written by the way and the QR scanning method to download the app didn't work at all. i think i'll be returning this.

value for money
parcel arrived 2 days early. Product as described and works perfectly. you have to do an initial charge to get it going but that will give you time to download the app on your phone to have a look around and read the basic instructions that came with it. after about 20min it was about half charged so proceeded to pair with phone which was very easy to do. lost 1 star for this review as the steps, hr and bp are not accurate but hey it's an inexpensive smartwatch with touchscreen function and many different faces to download for free and it's slim / sleek look and also very light. Connects to Apple Health app and Qantas health app for rewards points

Not same as advertisement
1. This watch is not as same as advertisement, The screen look like normal size for the watch 1.4", but the display screen only 1", is much smaller then the actual screen. 2. This is an all day health monitor watch, as mention on the website, but this is not, If you don't click the " start measure", it won't do any measuring for you at all accept the sleep monitor. 3. After click the icon on what you want to measure, It show the reading on the watch but most of the time it don't save onto your phone. 4. That no way you can transfer files to your computer to print your record. 5. The screen always turn on when you move your hand during sleep, it drain the battery fast. If you turn it off, it won't monitor your sleep. 6. The App itself not good at all, that not much you can do with it, it don't show much detail of your data that your recorded. 7. You can not set your time on the watch, it just go by the time you set on your phone. 8. Screen face are good, you can easily change it. 9. You can not see more detail on the weather, you can only see high and low reading for today only. 10. You have to keep your phone with you and near the watch all time in order for the phone to receive data from the watch, if not data will not save. 11. Distance tracker not accurate, you don't have to walk, sit down and move your hand, it start counting already. 12. 2 pins magnet charging wire, be careful when using, unplug the wire when not in used. If not, when magnet end stick on any metal surface will make + and - pins connected together, this will cause wire getting hot, even though this is only a low voltage. It still heat up and cause fire.
