Love this appliance
I have had this since 9/2024 with no issues what so ever. I use it at least 4-5 times a week. Super easy to use & I don’t preheat it at all. I have not used the rotisserie parts. Description doesn’t mention inner dimensions for baking pans, etc but 8x8 is all that fits. I’m glad I didn’t read other reviews (not normally a good thing) & may not have gotten it due to others issues but in almost a full year have not had a single problem (hope I didn’t jinx it now)

Cooks great and so quite!
I really love how this performs and I truly love how quiet it runs. It's really a great product. Unfortunately, it's way smaller than what I thought it would be and I was looking for a larger size. However, I refuse to return it for fear that the next one I buy won't beat this one's performance. So, I'm keeping it just in case. I'll just buy a larger one and have two. I'm going to stick with the brand because this performance has impressed me. It had no unusual odors upon first use, and was easy to setup and use. Note that I always initially cook at 10° lower than what suggested or preset when I use a new air fryer. And I shorten the cook time to see the results as I cook and adjust. With this one, most of the presets were good for me with temperature and did not need to be adjusted but timing in some instances I did shorten. But that was only because of the results I wanted or my preferences to texture/doneness. Having a hard time finding a larger replacement because the larger models don't have as many presets or cook functions. Can we get like a 16 qt., 18 qt., or 20qt. that has the same functionality of this little ten quart? Also, with a similar control panel because this model has a nice one.

Air Fries food evenly and quietly!
I absolutely love this air fryer!!! It air fry’s the food so well and evenly. I love the three trays. I am able to cook a whole meal all at once with minimal clean up after. I have air fried fries, salmon, steak, veggies and it all turns out great! Highly recommend

Good for 2 years
No complaints other than it only lasted 23 months. I used it 1-3 times a week. It has wire mesh racks that are great for making beef jerky. Fish, chicken, steak, fries, small pizzas all came out great. Started making noises a couple of months ago. Today I started cooking and the noise was noticably different. In a couple of minutes, it had an electronic burning smell and the unit shut off. Unplugged and plugged back in - nothing - dead.

Great Convection Oven/Air Fryer that fits well in a small space
I purchased this air fryer convection oven after running into some limitations with the air fryer lid that I was using with my Instant Pot. Most notably that in order to make sure food was evenly cooked you had to remove the entire top and then take the pot out to shake/toss the food to make sure it was flipped. This is not an issue with this air fryer with the various foods I have tried so far with this particular unit. Even if I do have to flip the food over it's much easier to open up the door and pull out the tray to flip the food than I previously had to deal with the Instant Pot. The unit warms up quickly and cooks pretty much everything I've thrown at it evenly in a reasonable amount of time. I've cooked fish, bacon, french fries, chicken breasts, hamburgers, and more without issue. The presets generally work well for the foods that they cover, some do require tweaking depending on the portion size you're putting in but that's to be expected. I haven't used the rotisserie function yet but I look forward to using it as there are several dishes that work better when rotisserie is an option. The light in the unit is a nice extra to have to check on the food as it's cooking. To address some of the issues that I've seen brought up in other reviews: * The trays that the unit comes with are a relatively fine mesh. I've seen some purchasers stating that they were rather sharp. The trays that I received with the unit are not sharp in the slightest and clean very easily with just a bit of soap and water. * Some users stated that there was an odd smell when the unit was in use. I ran the unit for 15 minutes at 400 degrees as instructed when I first received the unit. That was the only time I detected a very faint chemical smell. I have not detected any smells coming from the unit other than the food I'm cooking. * I have not had any shutdown issues with this unit at all. The unit is roughly 1 foot away from the wall on the counter it's sitting on and that seems to be more than enough clearance for heat to escape If you're looking for an air fryer/convection oven that doesn't take up a lot of space but fits a surprisingly large amount of food in it this one is definitely worth considering.

Do not buy! Read update, should be recalled
Update: ok so several months later, I finally got tired of the fact that we could never get the dang unit to reset and turn off after it finished cooking. It would just remain with the light inside off not running but with the display lights on and set to 400 for 15 minutes and never turn off. This meant that if a child simply pressed the start button without anything else it would start cooking, at 400 for 15 minutes and there was no way to turn off without unplugging it. I emailed the company asking what I could do to turn it off and it took them 2 and a half months to get back to me. I emailed them in March 19 and they got back to me June 3rd!!! So, does this mean they are understaffed and only have one person answering all the questions/ issues? Does this mean they have so many people contacting them with issues that they can't keep up? After the issues we have had, I think it's the latter. So, after emailing them and them actually getting back to me we started having issues with mid cooking it would literally stop, MID COOKING and completely turn off for a few seconds and then turn back on and regardless of how many minutes were left in the cooking, or the temp we set it to, it would revert back to 400 degrees and 15 minutes and will not allow you to change the temp or the time back to what it was set to prior to it shutting off unless you open the door. Then you can reset it, however, it will not turn off, as in keeps cooking and wont stop even after the cooking time is done!!! Until you unplug it. This is sooo dangerous. I emailed them and it has been 2 days and still haven't heard back. This should be recalled, someone's house is going to burn down because some kid is home after school by themselves trying to make pizza rolls and it pulls this crap and they cant get it to turn off. Seriously don't buy! ****** First review This is one of my least liked purchases of the past several months. So dissapointed. First of all the stop/clear button does not stop or clear anything it literally does not work. What this means is when you are finished cooking something if the time has not completely run out it will sit there with time still left on the air fryer until it automatically turns itself off. There is no way to turn it off without unplugging it. Dangerous! This leaves it open for kiddos easily turning it on again with just a push of the start button. In addition the trays that come with it do not fit well or slide well into the air fryer you have 2 kind of cram them in and they scrape along the sides. And last but certainly not least and most annoying of all the part that it comes with to take the grill baskets out of the air fryer are absolutely horribly made and have left both my husband and I with burns on our hands because they cause the basket to tip when sliding the basket out of the airfryer, which causes the basket to tip onto your hand holding onto the tool. I cannot tell you how many times we have both gotten burned from this dang thing! So frustrating! Even if you tried to pull the basket out with nothing in it while it is hot, you would still end up tipping the basket, trying to take it out and burn yourself. If you have kids, don't buy this. This is am absolute accident waiting to happen!

Versatile Appliance That Replaced Several Others
This air fryer has exceeded my expectations. It does so much more than just air fry, and I’ve used it for roasting, baking, reheating, and even trying out the rotisserie function. Having so many features in one appliance has saved a lot of counter space. The 10 liter capacity is perfect for family meals, and the large viewing window lets you check on your food without opening the door and letting the heat escape. Everything cooks evenly, and the touch screen is intuitive with plenty of preset options that make it simple to get started. I also appreciate how quickly it preheats compared to a traditional oven. Meals come out with a crispy exterior while staying tender inside, and cleanup is easy thanks to the removable accessories and nonstick surfaces. The build quality feels solid, and the automatic shutoff adds an extra level of convenience and peace of mind. It has become one of the most frequently used appliances in my kitchen. Overall, this is an excellent all in one air fryer and countertop oven. It’s spacious, easy to use, cooks consistently, and offers outstanding value with all of its functions. I would definitely recommend it.

Didn't work out for me, not what I was hoping for.
Ok, I try not to leave bad reviews because I feel bad. I understand that a product is created by people and people are relying on that product so I hate to feel that any negativity I may have experienced would reflect poorly on that product and it's origins. I'm going to preface this by saying maybe for other households, this might be a mighty little appliance. It didn't do for me. I was looking for something to replace my air fryer and my convection toaster oven, but I needed it to be something that would function at least 85% as well for both appliances. The good points - It's cute. It's very streamlined, almost like a little space capsule. Doesn't have a large footprint on the counter; it's so shiny and black and came with all of its accessories all perfectly packaged. And for the record, I did not notice any gas off odors while cooking. I won't say that was any issue for me. No problems there. So I took everything out and washed/prepped it for my first use (and the only one as it would turn out). I wanted to make fries. Now I'm a french fry fanatic. I mean, I love them. Everyone in my life knows that the key to my heart is french fries. Co-workers need some assistance at work? Sure, if you want to return the favor...bring me some fries. I don't need Starbucks man, carb me up! So here I am; I figure, what's easier to do than frozen fries. I put some in all the top 2 layers and put 2 frozen beef patties on the bottom layer. Well, I'll be darned if that thing took forever to cook the food. I mean it; it was like 3 cycles of 20 minutes each. I could not figure what was wrong. It was hot; it's not like it didn't get hot. I rotated the trays; I shuffled things around It wasn't overfilled although on that note, I don't think it was what I would consider a family size oven. Of course, I'm not comparing it to a standard oven, it just seemed like the usable space inside was not enough to accommodate the amount of food needed to feed more than 1-2 with ease. I'm not a large person; 5 feet tall and 100 pounds soaking wet; my husband is 6 feet and tipping the scales at 220 so I guess the 2 of us is like 3 average-ish people. If we had kids, somebody was not going to get fed. So after all that trying and shuffling and watching and waiting, in the end; it suddenly went over the threshold for yumability in a heartbeat. I figured I'd go all out and toast the buns; it worked only nominally better. Not the best toasting, that also took some finagling. Maybe it wasn't the machine, maybe it was me; it sensed my doubt and could not live up to my hopes and dreams. Well, it was a very sad dinner that we had that night with the dried out fries and the dried out burgers. I was bitter. And then I had to wash those trays. Nope; that was not fun. I soaked them and scrubbed them with a brush and got them somehow clean again, but I had already come to the conclusion that our short relationship had come to an end. I sent it packing the next morning; I hadn't even had it a whole 24 hours. I will give you that I did not test out it's other functions. But if it don't air fry and toast well for me; then it's got to go. I won't say don't give it a try yourself. Take it with a grain of salt. I've sometimes ready glowing reviews for things that I thought was madness and sometimes took a chance on items that didn't get great reviews for which the product performed like a rock star. Maybe I didn't give it enough tries. I can't say because that moment has passed. I did end up buying a different brand's air fryer convection oven grill appliance and I gotta say I love it. Shop around, read the reviews, decide for yourself. Just throwing my thoughts out in the universe for absorption.

Can I give it 7 stars?
Beautiful big, temps are good, rotiserie fits a 3lb chicken, accessories are eay to find: love this thing its almost replaced my oven... for a dorm or rv it would do the trick, roasts meatloaf, makes reheating a dream I am trying bread next in silicon pans or my small 5 inch pullman pan next. Thus far even with a shishkabob attachment the cooking is even heat distribution is excellent and everything comes out lovely. Love the clear door. Does pizzas on an 8inch pizza pan in 9 mins.

Grandiosa compra. Funciona muy bien, he hecho muchas comidas y postres. El único problema es que es ruidosa.

Chefman XL 10L - Great so far.
Been thinking of getting one of these for a long whole and finally pulled the trigger. After less than a week I have made 40+ wings, large rack of ribs, chicken drumsticks, and skinless/boneless chicken breasts, tater tots. The results have been great. Crisp where it needs to be crisp. Juicy where it should be juicy. Tons of versatility with this and large enough to feed 2-3 adults with ease. I also bought a stainless steel tray for this to replace the catch tray that it comes with. Easy to simply pour the unwanted fats directly into the garbage. I will likely buy an extra set of trays and stainless steel tray. I also suggest getting a stainless steel tray with this, perhaps even two. I hand wash dishes, using a sponge on the grills sucks. I bought some cheap hard bristle brushes which makes the clean up very easy and quick. I also let the mesh trays rest in the solid tray with water after using to loosen up stuck food bits. The inside of this thing is also easy to clean. I tend to give it a wipe down with a single paper towel after each use. Best cooking results happen when things are lightly coated in olive oil. I'm very happy with this purchase. Very much changed how intend to cook while opening up a world of foods that I would otherwise ignore. Making great tasting wings at home is an absolute huge bonus.

Great fries but
It is a nice looking unit, has 3 cooking trays but not a big interior. Each tray is a metal grid and holds about 1 potato chopped into fries. Very fast, and only a little oil needed but if you are cooking all 3 trays you will need to shuffle them during the cooking since the heat is blown from the top. Meat (ribs, lamb shank so far) cooks really well on high bake but you need to form a "basket" out of foil to go on the metal grid tray so the oils etc don't fall through to the bottom. Apparently you can cook a whole chicken but I imagine that involves lots of turning and basting. There are only the 3 metal grid trays and a "handle", no solid trays, no basket and I don't find the handle very useful. I did bake chicken pot pies with puff pastry and although I had to rotate them they were still ready pretty fast and the puff pastry baked up nicely. Toast, bagels etc don't "brown" before becoming crunchy but edible. There is no "broil" or "toast" function only "bake" so putting them at the top and rotating on bake is as close as this gets to toasting. Still experimenting.
