These vitamin C tablets are really good! It's a good way of boosting your bodies system and if you take them during hay-fever season they releave almost all of the symptoms! Vitamin C is a natural source of antihistamine and worth trying instead of over the counter drugs, I am really happy with mine!

Not everyone likes to eat loads of fruit. At least with these you can supplement knowing its got rosehip which is more natural. Keeps your immune system topped up
