I am absolutely in love with this chair. I recently purchased it to pair with my new office desk, and it completely elevated the entire look and feel of my workspace. This is the best looking and most comfortable office chair I have ever owned. When you sit down in the seat it feels like it fits you body perfectly. The arm rest are at a perfect height and the bottom seat cushion is very comfortable even after a long day of sitting it doesn't tire you out. The back is a perfect size for support and if you do want to recline there are different levels you can set it at. Everyone in my office building is jealous of my chair and want one just like it now. The price was also great, I feel like I got this for a solid deal...almost a steal!

Beautiful chair, very comfortable. 6’2 200lbs and confidently supports me in any position. I have a bad lower back and it doesn’t flare up in this chair. The arm rests have loosened up over time but it’s easy enough to re-tighten. Otherwise the corners of the arm rests can be kind of crunchy between the lining and where the foam meets on the corners. 2 minor negatives aside, I think for the money it’s better than most options.

Easily to assemble and adjust; stylish and comfortable. I was looking to upgrade my desk chair because I mostly work from home and needed something with better lumbar support. I purchased the faux brown leather chair with thick cushion and have been very happy with it so far. I was initially annoyed with how easily the chair tilted; but later realized that the tilt tension just needed to be tightened further. Other than that, the only real "issue" I've noticed is that the chair buttons can sometimes float if you've been sitting for awhile and have been moving around a lot; but this is unique to the thick cushion and isn't really a problem (the button fasteners have to be long to accommodate for the rise/fall of the large seat cushion). All in all, very happy with my purchase and feel that the quality far surpasses the price point.

Let this experience be a lesson to me... never, ever buy an office chair online again. As others have stated, the arms were not the same height. The back support was eh. The chair was otherwise comfy and looked great, so I was willing to put up with uneven arms and so-so back support. Also, the thought of returning it was not appealing. Fast forward to the second day I used the chair... I sat down and slowly sank down like I had sat in quicksand. The seat's hydraulic gas lift had failed. I contacted the seller who asked if I would try replacing the hydraulic. I figured I'd give it a try but once that hydraulic piece is in and has been sat on, good luck getting it out. I couldn't do it so I had no choice but to return the chair. And that's when the real fun began. Since I was unable to completely unassemble the chair, it wouldn't fit into the original box. In hindsight, I should have taken a saw to it but I digress. I took the chair to UPS and had them box it up, which cost me $27 and change. I was confident that Amazon's A to Z policy would ensure a refund of the UPS boxing costs, but I was wrong. My claim was denied and the seller refused to refund the UPS boxing costs. So... this fiasco wound up costing me $27+, and I have nothing to show for it except a few bucks added to the swear jar. And for those who are wondering, I am wayyyyy below the maximum weight limit for this chair. Simply put... don't do it. Just don't. If you receive a defective chair, returning it will not be easy and the seller will try to talk you out of it. For this item, buy local.

I ordered the High Back Faux Leather Executive Chairs with Thick Cushion in brown. It was very easy to put together. The color is spot on to the pics and is a soft micro suede. The seat is true to the description and very comfortable. I am only 4'8" and my feet do not touch the floor so I needed a foot stool but the trade off is 100% worth it. I do wish the arm rest were adjustable but once again the trade off is worth it. I am buying a second one for my spouse as he loves it too!

The chair was quite easy to assemble, but as always, it's easier to have a helper. During the wait time to receive the chair I was a little sceptical about all the great reviews. I have worked in many places during my careers, both in the military and contractor roles and have NEVER found a chair that absolutely met with my requirements. Well, I have just found such chair! While unboxing, I was surprised at the weight and the feel of the chair material. Once I put it together, I was amazed how much I liked this chair that I am now sitting in. It has a refined look and captures it's owner with curves in all the right places, with the elegant feel of the leather-like skin. The chair meets all of the my requirements and when you add a lambs wool seat cover and upgraded casters, it honestly to die for! I am not kidding! I am about 250 pounds and the chair let me recline to the point where I actually fell asleep! I am actually considering purchasing one or two more of these chairs just in case I somehow break or lose it. I am now retired, but I spend a lot of time in my home office in front of the computer. I think this chair will actually improve my home and work life. You can not go wrong with this chair!

Love the look of this chair but it is the most difficult piece of furniture I have ever put together, and I usually enjoy putting furniture together. One of the armrest spots for the screw had a piece of metal defectively in the way. Thankfully, I was able to remove it or I wouldn’t have been able to attach the armrest. Then the air top cap came off during shipment and I didn’t know so I was trying to remove a piece that was never ment to come off. Lastly the head rest is still slightly crooked despite using the guide (foam piece) provided. Chair itself isn’t as comfortable as I had hoped. Base is firmer and there is little to no lumbar support.

I love this chair. It's super comfortable and my posture is so much better in it. It was worth the investment and it looks so nice and expensive. It wasn't too hard to put together either. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful! Bought two for our shared home office. I’m 5’2 and husband is 5’11 and we both find them very comfy. Supports lower back and I’m short enough to use head rest. Easy assembly. Material is beautiful, I’m hoping it holds up and does not crack.

I’ve had this chair for over a year now. I bought it because I wanted an aesthetic office chair. Horrible decision, I work from home 3-4 days a week 6+ hours a day. This chair has destroyed my back and shoulders. I swapped everything out in my setup before blaming the chair, the monitor, footrest, adjustable desk. Changed it all before the chair. But this chair is not an office or work chair, DO NOT buy it for that reason. The quality of it is good but it’s not ergonomic, nothing adjusts or supports you properly. It’s a lounge chair at best. Buy it as an accent chair or something that you sit in for 15-20mins max Please do not destroy your shoulders and back like I did. Buy a proper office chair, it’s ok if it’s not pretty, your health is more important than aesthetics.

I love the way this chair looks, and it’s really comfortable. The only downside is that it’s kinda squeaky when you move, so it sounds like you are farting on zoom calls sometimes.
