I’ve only been taking these for a short time, but they’re doing great so far and I’m really happy with my experience up to this point. The ingredients were one of the main reasons I decided to try them since I liked that they included herbal and natural support for menopause symptoms. The pill size is very manageable and easy to swallow, which is a huge plus for me. They also don’t have a strong or unpleasant taste, and I haven’t noticed any bad aftertaste either. So far, I haven’t experienced any negative digestive effects or side effects at all, which honestly impressed me because some supplements can be harsh on the stomach. I’ve also noticed a small improvement in my overall mood and daily comfort, so I’m excited to keep taking them and see how they work long term. Overall, a very promising menopause supplement and a great value for the money so far.

I definitely want to leave a review for this product. It has been a lifesaver! I’m going through perimenopause and I swear I’m in menopause, but my doctor says it’s not true lol my poor fiancé was going crazy trying to turn the fan off and on for me throughout the day and all night long as I went through severe hot flashes, night sweats mood change. I was just not comfortable and was not feeling like myself anymore. I looked up this product based on the reviews. I decided to give it a chance I took it for two days and thought this is not going to work, but I kept taking them and within a week. I already felt the results at this point. My hot flashes are very rare and when I do get them, they don’t last the full five minutes they used to which seemed like forever to me. I have not have any side effects no digestive issues. The pill size is great and it really works. I’m so thankful for this supplement. I am finally starting to feel like myself again. I take two pills in the morning. There is no aftertaste easy to swallow and very effective. I would recommend this product for any woman out there going through the uncomfortableness when you don’t need to anymore.

I was taking Joy Filled from the Happy Healthy Hippie brand for mood support and while that definitely helped with a calmer, happier mood, I needed something to help me with the hot flashes/night sweats I have been experiencing for years now. I also wanted something a little cheaper because I’m cheap. These are half the price & seem to be doing the trick. Sweats are not entirely gone but are reduced. I’m on my second order 👍🏼

I have been taking this product for about a week and there is definitely an improvement with my hot flashes. I’ve had no side effects at all. Will continue to use the supplement and hopefully see some more improvements in my menopause symptoms.

These work really well for me. I was actually able to sleep so deeply and feel well for the first time in a while. It was just what I needed!

It's help with some things to me . But not to my hot flashes.

Drink it with plenty of water and you will feel better in no time it takes a few days to get the effects

So far these have been very effective in controlling hot flashes which for me is by far the most significant symptom that I experience. I used to take just black cohosh by itself but this has it in it as well as other ingredients that also help with mood. The price is good. I would buy these again.

I really love this product! It has great ingredient! I always prefer to use natural ingredients instead of prescriptions. This definitely helps with hot flashes. If you haven't found anything that at least improves your hormonal issues, it's worth trying.

I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. Within a few days of taking these those numbers dropped drastically... now a month in...I cant remember the last hot flash I had. Its amazing. My mood is even and I feel good.

Seems to be working well. Hot flashes severely diminished within first week. Yay for sleeping!
