I am 42 and perimenopsausel. After the first week I noticed my mood improving. No more mood swings or feeling irritable. After week 2, I began sleeping better and stopped having hot flashes. The stomach bloating after eating decreased. Im about 3 weeks in and my energy level has improved. Just purchased my 2nd bottle along with the Liver Support +NAC. This is definitely working for me.

I definitely want to leave a review for this product. It has been a lifesaver! I’m going through perimenopause and I swear I’m in menopause, but my doctor says it’s not true lol my poor fiancé was going crazy trying to turn the fan off and on for me throughout the day and all night long as I went through severe hot flashes, night sweats mood change. I was just not comfortable and was not feeling like myself anymore. I looked up this product based on the reviews. I decided to give it a chance I took it for two days and thought this is not going to work, but I kept taking them and within a week. I already felt the results at this point. My hot flashes are very rare and when I do get them, they don’t last the full five minutes they used to which seemed like forever to me. I have not have any side effects no digestive issues. The pill size is great and it really works. I’m so thankful for this supplement. I am finally starting to feel like myself again. I take two pills in the morning. There is no aftertaste easy to swallow and very effective. I would recommend this product for any woman out there going through the uncomfortableness when you don’t need to anymore.

I have been misled by fake reviews so often it takes a full on investigation to make a purchase. Reviews on this supplement are 100% accurate. I wish I would have found it a year ago. Hugely reduced hot flashes and no more anxiety that comes with them. Grateful for the product and good price.

Somehow along with my other vitamins, I haven’t had any bad hot flashes, if I happen to get one, it’s very mild and they are far view between. I’ve been in active menopause since 2021 and these have been wonderful, I don’t get nauseous with these vitamins, which is a plus.

Im giving 5 stars for now, will review after a while. I stated taking these on a Saturday only one to get used to it. I had intense stomach upset iykyk and a headache. I just felt meh. Sunday, day 2, still one, was pretty much the same, felt like the headache never went away and stomach pain. Monday, no stomach pain. Very very mild headache, by Tuesday. I was feeling great. Not sure if the supplement or the weather change but I stopped having intense night sweat by Monday night. My hot flashes are less frequent and intense during the day. My appetite is..Just better. Wednesday, I forgot to take it... was fine most of the day but felt very bloated, had some hot flashes and had night sweats thar night. Took one on Thursday, back to headache and stomach pains. This seems to be my bodies start point for these. Fri and Sat were great. I did overheat on Sat but overall, these are helping taking half the recommended dose at only a week in. Will change my review in a few months if things don't continue to work, but I am pleasantly surprised for now.

Tried Natures Craft for menopause relief. At 54, still getting some pre-menopause symptoms, saw some improvements but it's not a miracle worker. Definitely worth combining with doctor's advice and lifestyle changes and that's where the real magic happens!

I really love this product! It has great ingredient! I always prefer to use natural ingredients instead of prescriptions. This definitely helps with hot flashes. If you haven't found anything that at least improves your hormonal issues, it's worth trying.

Taking it for over 60 days and no real improvement so far...

Waste of money don’t bother.

I have been taking this for one month now, and my hot flashes are gone! I was getting numerous hot flashes during the day and night, and needed help. I feel so much better & can even wear sweaters again & sleep--I no longer feel like I'm burning up! Definitely will be ordering more--thankyou!
