Very good customer service
Update: the seller contacted me and worked with me to rectify the faulty battery. They provided a replacement and confirmed that all batteries they ship out are thoroughly tested. But if the battery dies, certainly talk to the seller. 10/10 customer service and very swift replacement.Initial review: Battery died after 6 months. Just decided to die one day. Time to buy a new one...

Poor Quality Cells - Avoid
I decided to buy a replacement battery off Amazon for my blade 15, as my original one was swelling after over a year of having the device, and I couldnt wait for Razer to replace it because of Uni etc.Fast forward to now, the battery fits fine, HOWEVER its already only holding 97% charge after only a few months, which is absurd... the cells are clearly low quality and cannot withstand being used the amount they need to be, for a main computing device like this that I use every day for work and gaming etc.super disappointed overall, if you need a replacement, just go to Razer, as there wont be anything worth buying out there you can trust will work, as despite good reviews, this is a stinker and not worth putting inside a 2.5k laptop, despite costing 80 its self.

Good fit for laptop, came with 0% charge
Bought due to bulging defective original.Battery easy to install, power connector is ever so slightly in the wrong place, less than a mm off. Got it eventually. Some of the battery mounts were bent from delivery, however this wasnt an issue and was easily able to bend them into position for screwing down.Battery came with 0% on it.. tried to boot up without charging lead and laptop failed to start.Will test battery over next 2 days, but seems to be charging fine.

It fits and came in good condition. It did have to bend the metal slots attached to the battery but once you screw them in they straighten out on their own. It's also more expensive than ordering it from China but it's next day delivery vs waiting months.

As good as the original for a lot less
Over and above all the technical stuff that you can easily read above - and you definitely need to read whether your model is compatible, and all the models for which this is compatible are above in the description - the key question is does it work, does it work as well as the original?The answers are: yes and yes.Now, whether it will last or not I cannot say but the original had its issues as well, of course, as we all know, and in any event this costs significantly less than that. Additionally, all of these batteries from Kyuer come with built-in circuit protection for safety and stability and are further CE / FCC / RoHS Certified for safety.I would also say that I have used Kyuer batteries on other things and they all work very well, and have generated no negative issues at all.

The fit was perfect and the battery life is good. Nothing more to say! great product
