Is there a link to buy additional silicone tips?

Hi there! The product tip comes with a longer tube in which you can cut "replacement tips". Unfortunately for now we do not have additional silicone tips.

Can I use it without the silicone tube? Why do I need it?

it improves absorption, I guess. You may use it without it. The first one I had 20 years ago didn't have the silicone tip, just a hard plastic one, compared with this one those were complicated and messy times.
