Could these bats be taped outside? Can they get wet?

The bats are made of a non-porous plastic. Water wouldn't damage the bats but I'm unsure of how the adhesive would hold up.

How to make them stick? I keep reattaching them to a wall, however they keep falling off. Any tips?

Maybe they changed the adhesive? Last year these stuck so well to my walls they ripped the paint and drywall off.

How do I get more of the adhesives?

you can buy refill strips from amazon - I would buy from the brand 3M - look for "command refill strips" or "removable mounting squares"
