Very high-quality vitamin D I also highly highly recommend their fish oil as well. Specially if you hate the horse pills that other brands have.

You can swallow these whole or chew them if you don’t have water nearby. I’m so glad I finally found a vitamin D supplement that raises my vitamin D level. If ur hopeless and very depressed, I would take 5 at a time for a few days then maintain with 1 per day. Stay on top of your blood work so you know which vitamin vitamin D level best suits you. I like for my vitamin D level to be around 120. When I’m at a 120, everyone else can be sick but I’m feeling great and able to take care of them without getting sick. I’ve had doctors in the past tell me that I’ll get kidney stones with having a vitamin D level that high, but I have yet to have that happen and I’ve been doing this for years. I have known a couple people that have had kidney stones, but these are people that don’t take vitamin D so I feel like that argument falls flat. If you are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, then do yourself a favor and buy a bottle of these! Not all vitamins are created equal. Get your blood work done and get a copy of what your exact numbers are! Know what your numbers are before you start taking a supplement and then after you’ve been on a supplement for 3 to 6 months, get your levels test tested again and get copies of your exact numbers so that you can see for yourself, if what you are taking is working. Don’t waste your money on those crappy supplements that Walgreens sells. Vitamin D is the only vitamin that is present in every single healthy cell in our bodies. That’s how important it is.

Unbelievable! I've been trying to get my vit d level up for approx six months now. I suffer from a very rare genetic disorder called Osteogenesis Imperfecta, which makes it almost impossible to keep my vit d level at "norm". It was bouncing between 30 and 40. My endocrinologist told me to switch brands, as I may not "jive" with my current brand. One month of taking this daily and my test levels spiked; went from 32 to 78! That's unheard of, at least for me lol I can actually take a break from the vit d supplements for a bit. These things are tiny and clear. Super easy to swallow. In fact, I don't need any liquid to get these down. As with most vit d supplements, there's a light odor upon opening the bottle for the first time. Other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say.. I highly recommend this product.

Waited two months to review, quality is great and I feel better, look better and sleep better than I have in a long time. Make sure to check expiration dates before opening…
