Oh boy! This is good stuff. Very fresh and really made my brownies fantastic. You can tell this is good high-quality stuff, no lumps or lumps, and it smells almost refreshing. Really strong chocolate flavor, and all the pictures that they show in the reviews here are completely accurate. The only negative thing I can say about it is the bag is a little hard to close because of all the cocoa that gets stuck in the zip but the actual product itself is fantastic.

Great product, rich flavor. I love it

I have used this cocoa powder for baking, and mixing it in hot or cold almond milk with sugar free sweetener for a treat. The flavor is rich, the price is right, and it is very shelf stable. I bought it and used it a few times, and stuck it in an Oxo pop top container, and forgot about it. I opened it after 3 years and it is still perfectly good with no noticeable change in quality. I'm shook!

Is a great product that we use in our restaurant to make gelato and also wee use to sprinkle on top of the cappuccino!

This cocoa powder makes great gelato! In order to keep it creamy, I also use powdered agave. We'll keep ordering this! In case you're interested...2 cups half and half, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 4 egg yolks, 1 cup of this cocoa powder, 3/4 cup agave powder, 1 tablespoon Kahlua, 1 tablespoon vanilla paste.

It's delicious! I've been using raw, organic cacao for all of my recipes because it's loaded with nutrients. I decided to try this and I couldn't believe how much richer and chocolatie it made my recipes. Unfortunately, I just researched the subject and learned the Dutch process strips the cacao of its nutrients...

This cocoa powder dissolves easily, & a little adds a lot of flavor.
